Very Good (small) Pan for my Single Serving Spanish Tortilla!!!
This pan is the perfect size for my single serving Spanish Tortilla (omelet). A small amount of clarified butter was all that was needed and the egg was rotating effortlessly with just a small shake of the pan. The small cake removed easily when flipped and no additional oil was needed.This pan was perfect for my immediate needs. Yes it is very small, but that is stated in the description and is exactly the size I needed. I will update the review should the coating last an unreasonably short time, but what do you expect at such a low price. If I can use it to make my way through 10-20 brunch services I will consider it a great deal.If you are looking for something that is as durable as a commercial egg pan this is probably not it. But for what I bought it for it has performed very well for the low cost.

I’ve been looking for a single egg pan for ages! I found this one and so far I’ve had no issues with it! It seems to be good quality. No scratches so far. I’ve used it regularly for about a month. It’s easy to clean and has been holding up very well. I love the size. It’s perfect for just one egg. I would buy another one! It’s definitely worth it.

I'm kinda a fry pan nut. Have the green one, red one, copper ones, and the granite one...These are the best!! Also have 2 larger Blue Diamond pans, I might toss all the others. This baby one is perfect for one sunny side up or two scrambled eggs, hamburger, fried bologna, and even a trimmed grilled cheese. The bigger pans are great. Can honestly clean them with a paper towel....NOTHING STICKS!! No pretreating/seasoning..I just use a touch of butter or coconut oil [habit], stuff slides right out. The baby can't go in the oven [handle] but the larger ones can. Highly recommend... PLUS...EVERY negative review about this pan centers on TWO things - too small and egg sticks. If you read the ENTIRE product description, it SAYS it's a MINI egg pan [hint, MINI means VERY small - 5"] and it recommends using a few drops of oil or butter when cooking. Who DOESN'T use a touch of butter or oil when cooking an egg? I bought this and LOVE it, gave it a 5* rating! Yes, it's only 5", great for one egg - 2 if scrambled, 1 hamburger, a "trimmed" grilled cheese, fried bologna, small piece of chicken, and anything else that will fit. These Blue Diamond pans are GREAT!!

Smaller than I expected
Wow I've never seen a pan so small in my life. it won't even fit one piece of bread. But I did use it to make grilled cheese I had to cut the bread in half and cook two separate half pieces. I did ask if you could cook two eggs in it and they said yes but I don't believe it to be true unless it was an omelet. It doesn't really say the size but I found that it only holds a half a cup really I would never have bought it had I known that. Oh well you learn

Non stick - easy to use - and perfect for single or double eggs - it may seem a bit pricey however the quality is very very good - its a small pan but perfect for what you may need and the more its used the more things you will find to use it for - buy once and cry once and this is a lifetime item
