I've lived with Scolois for most of my 79 yrs. I know about pain and inflammaton!!! About 4 months or so ago. a friend told me about PectaSol-C Modified Citrus Pectin Powder. I take it on an empty stomach and wait one hour before eating. This product has reduced the inflammation a lot and that in turn has reduced the pain. I started out taking six (6) capsules but it caused loose stools and after a couple weeks or so I reduced the capsuels to (4) four. I manage quite well on that dose.
