VERY NICE WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR / ATTA - BRANFULLY TASTY
The whole wheat flour / atta from this brand is a well balanced stuff , full of bran which can be visible even from space ;) , the Indian flat bread or roti are a of a bit brunette shade, quite tasty , paratha / porotta are also magically appealing to eyes as well as to the taste buds ,the bran composition is magically camouflaged in paratha making resulting in epicurians doubting the presence of any bran in the atta, similar to khapli/ emmers atta in taste & composition, definitely would recommend this atta brand .

Great for making authentic whole wheat bread
I make true whole wheat bread commercially without adding gluten or conditioners to the dough. This flour makes amazing loaves without the use of any additives. While I can make great loaves with any brand of flour, I like this one better because I can tell it retains more bran than others. It is also cheaper than most other brands. I will stick with this one as long as the price stays competitive.
