Power Active Toilet Rim Block & Freshener, Fresh Flowers, Pack of 3

I’ve tried quite a few toilet rim blocks over the years, but the Bloo Power Active Toilet Rim Block is definitely one of the better ones. It keeps the toilet smelling fresh between cleans and leaves the bowl looking noticeably cleaner after every flush. The fragrance is strong without being overpowering, and I really like how it helps reduce limescale build-up too. The foaming action works really well and it lasts a decent amount of time before needing replacing, making it good value for money. Super easy to fit and instantly makes the bathroom feel fresher. Highly recommend for an easy everyday toilet freshener!

I will start this review off by saying that for the price that these were when I ordered them, they were excellent value in comparison to my usual high street store. I like a fragrant toilet as I am a fragrant guy on occasions and that scent of mine does need neutralising so I have been using toilet rim blocks for many years now. I have bought this brand before and find them one of the better ones. The scent I like, sometimes the chemicals used in these products can irritate me but I am all good with this and I find that the block has good longevity. Living on my own means my toilet doesn't get flushed as often as a couple or family and so that adds to the value for me. They are simple to take out from the packaging and the plastic loop mechanism that grips onto the rim of the toilet fixes very well, nice and tight. I like the colour mix, adds some brightness to the toilet pan and so overall these are excellent additions to the toilet.

I’ve been using this Bloo Power Active rim block as part of regular bathroom maintenance, and overall it does a decent job of keeping things fresh. Once fitted under the rim, it gradually releases cleaning foam with each flush, which helps maintain a cleaner bowl and reduces visible build-up between proper cleans. It also adds a noticeable fresh floral scent, which does make the bathroom smell cleaner overall. The anti-limescale effect is useful for preventing residue from forming too quickly, especially in areas with harder water. It won’t completely stop build-up, but it does slow it down, which makes regular cleaning a bit easier. Installation is simple and it stays in place fairly securely once clipped on. It lasts a reasonable amount of time depending on how often the toilet is used. The main thing to note is that this is more of a maintenance product rather than a deep cleaner. It helps keep things fresher day-to-day, but you’ll still need to clean the toilet properly as usual. Overall, it’s a practical and easy way to keep the toilet smelling fresh and slightly cleaner between washes. Not essential, but a useful addition for general upkeep.

A full-flavored mint! Difficult to get them out of the plastic cage but when you do you will love the taste!:)
