We bought this BabyBjorn Potty Chair for our 18-month-old, and it’s been such a hit that we already got a second one for our downstairs. It’s honestly made the start of potty training so much smoother than we expected. Why we love it: • Toddler-approved: Our little one took to it right away. He’s able to sit on it all by himself, which gives him a sense of independence — and he actually enjoys using it! • Comfortable and stable: The backrest and high sides make it really comfy for him to sit for a bit without getting up right away. We really love this potty! It comes with the main base and the removable bowl, so it’s very easy to assemble. It’s sturdy and seems durable. It is so easy to clean, my toddler can do it himself. We like the bigger backrest as it allows him to sit more comfortably. So far we’ve had no issues with this potty!

The BabyBjorn Potty Chair has been easy and comfortable for my toddler to use as he learns to potty train. Its low to the ground so he can sit down and get up independently, which really helped build confidence during potty training. The high back support is a standout feature. It makes it feel more like a “real” seat and keeps them sitting comfortably (and longer, which is key when you’re in the early stages 😅). The inner bowl is super easy to remove and clean. It’s sturdy and doesn’t slide around, even on our hardwood floors. If I had to nitpick, it’s a little bulkier than some travel options, so we keep this one at home. But for everyday use, it’s been 100% worth it. Overall, highly recommend if you’re starting potty training and want something reliable, comfortable, and easy to clean.

It's perfect! Don't waste your money on those other fancy schmancy toddler training potties. This one is easy to clean, simple to pack for transport, and best of all, fits your child ergonomically. Stop looking at all those others. Buy this one. Trust me.

I've got a very tall almost 3 year old. THE PROS: •Very stable on both carpet and hard surfaces. • The anti-slip rubber along the bottom works great •The seat itself (the colored part) is a nice, thick plastic. Thick and sturdy, although not too heavy to lift. Has enough weight so that it doesn’t stick to kiddo's bottom when standing back up. Our last potty was a lot smaller, a lot thinner and lighter plastic, so it did stick to his bottom when standing up and would sometimes spill! Yuck! •The white insert is easy to pull out for dumping and cleaning. It's stable and sturdy without being awkward and clumsy for a toddler to dump. Right now we're having him pull the insert out when it needs to get dumped and set it on a table next to his potty when he's done (because our dog loves to drink baby pee🤢). It is sturdy enough that I trust it won't tip over and spill. •The insert is VERY simple to pull out to dump, even for toddler, but stays in place while in use. •The splash guard is A LOT taller than most. Perfect for little boys. If he forgets to "hold his penis down", he doesn't have a fire hose kind of mess. • Insert is small enough to easily fit in a bathroom sink to rinse •Insert does not stain! It's a really nice, non porous plastic. Beets, food coloring, etc. don't stain. I've accidentally let a beet poo in there for longer than I should have and no stain! • I love the color options. It's a simple, classic design so that it isn't totally obnoxious in our living room (get out of here Cocomelon!) •The tall back makes the seat a lot more comfortable THE CONS: Honestly, I can't find any! WALK-AWAY: Totally worth the price. It does have a higher price point than others, but I know I'll be able to rely on it's durability and that it's lifespan will be long and that I won't need to ever get another one for my next kid! I'd rather get one excellent quality, more expensive potty than have to buy several rink-a-dinks that I have to keep replacing or worrying about spills, cracks, leaks, etc.

Nobody tells you that one day you will stand in your bathroom, hands on hips, genuinely admiring a children's potty chair like it's a piece of Scandinavian furniture...yet here I am. This Potty Chair arrived and my first thought was "this is nicer than things I own." LOL. The build quality is immediately obvious: solid, sturdy, no wobble, no cheap plastic flex when a determined toddler drops their full body weight onto it from a height that should concern everyone present. It feels like it was engineered by people who took the assignment seriously, which in the world of potty training products is genuinely rare and deeply appreciated. The design is brilliantly simple and the size is just right, low enough that little legs touch the floor. The contoured seat is comfortable enough that my 2yo will voluntarily sit on this thing, which in potty training terms is the equivalent of winning an Olympic medal. The non-slip base means it stays exactly where you put it even when your child is doing whatever chaotic physical thing toddlers do while also supposedly concentrating. The removable inner potty is where BabyBjörn earns every single star for me. You lift it out, you deal with the situation, you rinse, you're done. Clean lines, no crevices, no mysterious grooves that require a toothpick and the will to live. As a parent who has cleaned many things that should never have required cleaning, I cannot overstate how much I respect a product that respects my time. It takes approximately eleven seconds. Five stars, zero hesitation. This potty chair is durable, functional, genuinely comfortable, and so easy to clean it almost makes potty training feel manageable.

I’m a little late to the game with toilet training - my son will be 4 next month. This toilet is EXCELLENT! The opening isn’t too large so he doesn’t feel like he’s going to fall in. That happened with a different travel toilet seat and had to return it. It’s also high enough to accommodate his height while also being compact enough for me to keep in the car. My 2.5 year old decided he wanted to join in on the training fun and just loves to sit on it and wait for the pee to come. And yes, they fight over it sometimes haha! It is sooo easy to clean and the color Sage is really pretty and gender neutral. The nonskid bottom is awesome for when a tiny bum comes barreling around the corner to sit on it QUICKLY! The BabyBjörn Potty Chair in the olive color/ dark green is absolutely fantastic. The color is beautiful and looks great in our bathroom, but what impressed me most is the design. The high back provides excellent support, the potty is very sturdy, and the non-slip base keeps it securely in place, giving my toddler confidence while using it. The removable inner bowl makes cleaning incredibly quick and mess-free, and the splash guard works really well. The quality is outstanding, and it’s clear this potty was designed with both toddlers and parents in mind. If you’re starting potty training and want a comfortable, durable, and easy-to-clean potty, I highly recommend this one. It has made the experience much smoother for our family.

This is my 4th or 5th one of these potties. There’s one at the grandparents, the cottage, one in our bathroom and one in the main room. The supportive high back makes it comfortable and it’s low enough that feet can touch the ground - putting them in an ergonomic position to relieve themselves. Both my 14 month old and 4 year old can use it (though at 4 she’s starting to get a bit big for it lol). You can toss it in the dishwasher to sanitize. The front part is high enough to contain little boy pee. It has a good grip that runs all along the bottom edge. It has a sturdy base, it will not tip or fall over. I’m loving these new, softer color palettes. They look less obvious than the bright kid colors.
