I have found this product great for pain relief whilst walking out and about. Unlike other users, I didn't find the product to be scratchy on my skin so have been able to wear it underneath my clothes which makes me feel a bit less self conscious! I'm almost 30 weeks pregnant and was a size 12 before, although I think now I would be more like a size 14. I got the large and it works OK, but I think a medium would have been better! I have pretty severe pelvic girdle pain which has reduced (but not disappeared) through using the product and I've found any round ligament pain has gone completely when using it too. The booklet is really great and a nice little bonus, with exercises to help strengthen the back and pelvis recommended for each trimester.

Very good exercises booklet and the quality of the fabric is very good. I just found it too restrictive. I did order the correct size. I guess for others it can work well.

Great at providing support in my 3rd trimester. However, it started the fall apart after only wearing it a few times so it's not great quality. Ended up getting a refund.

I ordered and only started using this within the 3rd trimester. I have found it helpful especially for my back pain and sciatica. I'm very pleased with. I look forward to continue using it throughout the pregnancy and postpartum

I've had a bad experience with pregnancy belt before and when I ordered this one I knew ill probably return it shortly. Surprisingly, I really like it. I am wearing it quite often, its very comfortable, easy to put on. It supports your back and hold your belly together. I really like it and im going to use is as a postparum belt after my CC. very happy with the product and quick delievery!

fits well and is adjustable over time. I still have a small bump but it did help releave some back pain. I do have to say though that the overhanging bit when you tighten the belt is a bit annoying and I have to attach it with a safety pin but I would assume that goes for most of these belts when you are still early in your pregnancy.

Recommended by my physical therapist, and it is saving my hip pain and making daily life in the third trimester much easier! Highly recommend using this!!! You can also just use parts of it, it’s not all connected, so if you just need some lower support one day, you can just use that strap. I love the versatility. It’s also light, and thin- you can tell you’re wearing a band if it’s under your shirt, but it’s not bulky or anything.

Super contenta. Se ajusta super bien y ea cómoda. Estoy embarazada de 28 semanas con mi 4. y sufro de la disfunción de la sínfisis púbica y me alivia el peso de la barriga. Yo normalmente llevo un 36/38 de ropa y me compré la talla L. Mejor comprar L que M. Recomiendo este producto.
