The best keyboard obtainable.
Over the past year or so I have bought and tested several keyboards; mechanical, membrane and otherwise; and I can confidently say that this one is by far my favourite. The most important feature for me was (and is) the design of the keys and switches. The feel is like no other keyboard that I've tried, with incredibly satisfying key presses. I personally love how the keyboard looks with its thin form and flat, elevated keys. As far as I'm aware, this keyboard is one of a kind in these respects, as these particular switches are a relatively recent innovation. The volume control, USB passthrough port and G keys were complete bonuses. I was worried that it would all be a bit too much; the keyboard too large; but my concerns immediately faded once I had set it up. The volume roller and associated keys are not only incredibly convenient, but also bring an elegant asymmetry to the table, fitting neatly above the numpad. The passthrough allows me to connect my mouse to the keyboard, making the cables that go to the computer slightly more stationary. I have yet to fully customize the G keys, but I enjoy having that option available. Some people have expressed dislike over how the secondary keys, in the number row and elsewhere, don't light up. I personally feel that this is a perk rather than a bug - it makes the rows of the keyboard look rather more uniform, with "one" light per key (technically more for the F keys and so on, but the lights are all at the same height). It does mean that it is difficult to search for them in darkness, but I believe that with minimal effort that can be mitigated: Even if you don't use touch typing, it shouldn't take too long to memorize which primary key corresponds to which secondary key - after that, you can simply search for that key. The keyboard is quite expensive. For me, it is absolutely worth the cost. It looks and feels like it is worth every single penny - Logitech truly spared no expense with both the revolutionary new key designs and mechanisms, and all the extra functionalities. I cannot emphasize enough how much I like this keyboard - typing with it is so much fun that I can barely sit still watching a video; I just want to press the keys!

Simple and Durable.
This is by far my favorite keyboard I have owned. unlike many plastic keyboards it feels substantial and durable. its not too loud and has good tactile sensation. I also like its smaller profile. It weighs a bit more than a plastic keyboard but I am not carrying it around it just sits on the desk. In short it's simple, elegant, and durable.

Decent
I enjoy the design of the keyboard. It has a very premium feel and build to it. The clicky keys are nice. I've been a loyal logitech fanboy for a while due to the appearance and responsiveness of their components for gaming. However since I'm considering this am upgrade from the g910, I'ts more simple, i don't really enjoy the G hub software relative to the gaming software from logitech. This keyboard isn't supported by it. I don't think my g502 mouse is anymore either. The g hub software could be vastly more improved. I'm going to keep the keyboard since it will match my build, but that part is frustrating. Found out after the fact. Also, I ended up just getting mine from best buy new. I purchased a refurbished one on here(by accident), and it arrived and died within 5 minutes.

I really like it!
I love it. As someone who has been using laptops for almost 20 years, I recently made the switch to a desktop and wanted a full-size keyboard that would give me the same familiar feel as a laptop keyboard (membrane), while also providing a more enjoyable typing experience akin to a mechanical keyboard, but without the need for excessive force or key travel. After thorough research, I decided to go with the G815 due to its low-profile keys and wired connection (no need for charging like the G915) and more serious appearance. I have to say, it has truly exceeded my expectations. I absolutely love the typing experience and the not-so-subtle yet satisfying sound it produces. As for the backlight feature, initially, I didn't prioritize it, but now I find it quite appealing. The customizable, vibrant colors are really nice, and unlike many other models, are mostly focused on the letters, resulting in a visually pleasing appearance. Additionally, the inclusion of a volume roller is an unexpected and useful bonus that I didn't think I need it before. I don't think I'll ever buy another keyboard without one. In conclusion, I wholeheartedly recommend the G815, despite a few minor complaints raised in certain reviews, like the key wobble present when shaking the keyboard, which is true, but in my experience, it's hardly noticeable unless you're using the keyboard as a tennis racquet rather than keeping it stationary on a desk. As for the programmable buttons on the left, it did take me a couple of weeks to get used to them and avoid pressing them accidentally while using the Shift, Control, and other keys. Now that I've become accustomed to them, I don't find them bothersome. However, I do believe Logitech should have provided an option to deactivate them through their software.

Year old and the volume roller isn't working, keys are fading fast. SAD.
For the price of this keyboard it's crazy it's already having issues at a year old. I've had logitech gaming keyboards in the old days that made it 10 years!! My keycaps are wearing off. And as stated in the title the volume roller is barely working and half the time it works it turns the volume the wrong way and JUMPS big ups or downs. SAD. Keyboard feel is great, form factor is great. Don't like that it takes 2 USB's to power and for passthrough though. If the volume hadn't started failing I'd happily just get new keycaps. But this really sucks...

Awesome keyboard
I came from an earlier Logitech g710+ and am loving this keyboard. It feels great to type on, the slim profile is nice and the ability to customize the LED color and effect per key is awesome.
