Nature Made Elderberry Gummies with Vitamin C & Zinc, 60 Elderberry Gummies

These vitamins are very good tasting along with good quality.

Was feeling under the weather for a few weeks. Purchased this to help build my immune system. Yes working a few days I was feeling better.

Since I discovered Elderberry gummies only a few years ago and during covid, I think it is the sleeping immunity that needs to be awakened and discovered by everyone. I love it. If I miss a day I take TWO the next. They taste great and that is saying something because most meds of any kind taste nasty to me. I have a very sensitive palette and nose that can smell anything and even if it's good for me, if I can't get past the taste, peace out. I was taking the elderberry by one of the Mowry twins -don't ask which one- Tamera? IDK, but they are sooo hard find and while my first few orders were good they seemed to have changed the recipe at the last try. I've tried three kinds of elderberry gummies -including the chewable tablets- and these Nature Made are it! Stock up! I really do think it does defend against some viruses/germs and I ALWAYS take them before and after going to crowded functions.

I do not take any meds at all, nasal drops being the only exception. However, I do take loads of different neutraceuticals, i,e, vitamins, herbs. I have so many bottles of natural stuff that they take up the space of three large drawers. No, I don't take them all, but I do take enough and most of them come in capsules. When I was in my twenties I could swallow ten or more capsules in a row but years have passed, things have changed and there came a moment that my throat didn't want to deal with more capsules. When I saw these gummies, I did not hesitate. Chewing is ten times better than swallowing capsules. These gummies have 100 mgs of elderberry per two gummies, 90 mgs of vit C in the form of ascorbic acid and 7.5 mgs of zinc. The taste is delicious, so much so that I had to hide the bottle from myself or I would have finished it. I will now mention the not so good part. There's a better non acidic form of Vit C which is calcium ascorbate/ascorbyl palmitate which is not used here but my main concern are the 3 grams of added sugars in 2 gummies. True, the sugar is needed to make these gummies so tasty, but most of us know the huge damage sugar causes in our bodies. The 3 grams of sugar in 2 gummies wouldn't be a problem if I could control myself from eating more. However, I think I will have to abstain from ordering in the future as 10 gummies contain 15 grams of sugar, an amount of sugar I certainly don't want to consume.
