36mm 6418 LED Bulb

Bright as heck and cheaper than 1 bulb at any store. Bright white hue makes the whole interior look cleaner, easy to install i just had to squeeze the tabs that hold the bulb in a touch so it would hold these bulbs tighter in the socket. Otherwise they would not have a good connection and would flicker or fall out. Low heat output compared to the bulb which burned me.

So nice I bought them twice. I bought these months ago for a toyota pickup I have. They didn't quite fit (not the products fault, I got the wrong length bulb). I took a file and ground down the ends to make them fit. It still works fine and hasn't quit. I use the truck exclusively offroad and I've hit every bump, pothole, and hill. Its so bright I think you could use them to operate on someone in your front seat. I figured if I filed on them and bounced the truck over everything you can think of and they worked fine they must be good. I was needing to replace the interior bulbs in my 2014 Nissan Frontier (these were the proper fit without needing to file them). I was one bulb short to finish out the truck so I bought a second pack. When I open the doors it looks like a space ship landed. They are insanely bright.

So far so good. Bought these to replace some other LEDs I had purchased previously on Amazon that had failed after about 6 months. Hopefully these light bulbs will fare better & last longer than the previous bulbs. So far they are bright and do a good job of illuminating the inside of the vehicle at night when the doors are open. The appearance is a nice aesthetic compared to the old school filament type bulbs. The light is much more crisp and much brighter. There is no flickering upon first install and have been holding up great since I had them installed a few weeks ago. If these bulbs end up not lasting at least 6 months, I will update this review and the number of stars I gave it.

I'm happy with the lightbulbs replacement. It is very bright but we shall see how long it will last. I do recommend it because it fits ,not sure if it will last longer

Excellent quality and price. Amazed on how this worked on an 2011 car using a normal bulb light, the change of brightness and visibility is huge. There's no Noise or heat output for now.

The diameter of the contacts are smaller than the #578 incandescent bulbs in my 2014 Ford F-150. Fortunately since the receptacle is a spring clip just squeezed the clips to make a tight fit. The bulbs came in a nice plastic container which makes it easy to store and lessens the chance of accidental damage.

I have used LED's as replacements bulbs in numerous vehicles or boats. Yes, they are bright and use less power but come across the same issue with all I have used. Either the end barrels are too small in diameter so you need to "bend" the fingers so the led will touch and work or the LED's are too long by a fraction and cause that kind of issue. Ended up filing the tips down a fraction to fit. Knowing full well what I was buying as it states the diameter of the end barrel is .330 inch and I need a minimum of .360 inch. You wouldn't think that is much to be concerned about but it is. The LED almost falls out of the light socket "fingers". I had to "bend" the light socket "fingers" to have enough tension to hold the LED so it would work. It isn't the correct way to do it but I knew that when I ordered them. I used this on a 2002 chevy suburban engine hood light.

Extremely bright LED Bulb, so bright it's blinding. I installed these in my 2018 Dodge Challenger interior lights and I had to squeeze the contacts a bit, because these bulbs are slightly thinner than the original ones. No polarity issues, works great.

So…..LED is super bright. But to function properly as a dome light in my 2007 Dodge Ram 1500 I had to add a resistor due to flickering without. Fortunately there was enough room opposite side of connector to accommodate resistor. This was an extra I purchased for another project so size wise it’s a little overkill.
