Reliable and good support for ulnar side wrist pain and tfcc injury.
Great for support of the wrist needed from TFCC injuries and ulnar side wrist pain. Good overall general support of wrist for general day to day activities like yardwork, gardening and household chores. I have been using these for a few years now. I like that they are washable,, and come in a few different available colors. They last for several months depensing on how much they are used. I reccomend them from my experiences with them

A Great Piece of Equipment
I tore my TFCC about 12 years ago. I was in a lot of pain and was desperate for some relief. I came across the Wrist Widget and gave it a try. I was disappointed because I thought it had no effect. I even called out to Hawaii and spoke to Wendy Medieros, the inventor. After a couple of years, I grew to understand the injury a bit more and it eventually it became a non issue. Until a couple of months ago.For some reason, my wrist again became an issue again a few months ago. I figured,"What do I have to lose?, and bought another one. I put it on and I was astounded. The relief was instant. The product did not change. Possibly, because the injury was older, more mature and there wasn't as much swelling, but it didn't matter. I put it on and the issues, the discomfort, etc. was gone immediately. My wife dug out the old one and now I have 2, one to work out and get sweaty in and one to wear for everyday life. It's been about 6 weeks and I am finally comfortable enough to take it off. The issues are greatly reduced and I can go about my daily life without it. But, I am keeping it available in case I get another flare up.I can't say enough good things about the Wrist Widget.

Great support, with a side of torture. Love/Hate
I want to like this wrap. But I’m struggling with it. Once adjusted just so, it is incredibly helpful in support and prevention further injury to my strained wrist. However, it is entirely too easy to limit circulation (it feels comfortable but I’ll find that hand is significantly colder than the other) and the hard inner core of the Velcro layers continuously bite hard into my skin. For best results I’m having to wear a thin layer of self adhering bandage under it to reduce rubs. I love the support, and I don’t see a ton of options for this type of sprain/injury but I can’t help but wish for a better option. I also worry about it’s durability, long sleeves help reduce wear for now but I can’t imagine it will hold up long against working around horses and large dogs... the price is a bit steep for frequent replacement.Update: My wrist healed well with the use of this wrap and I managed to avoid aggravating it for nearly 3 years. Despite past issues, when I re-injured it this week the first thing I did was dig up this wrap. I still prefer to use a liner, this time I will probably figure out a fabric option. I realized I had it positioned incorrectly in my original pictures (white co-ban under wrap) which may have contributed to my past complaints. New pictures have it on correctly) It’s still not perfect, but it does work very well and has held up better than I expected. Probably going to order a second because it’s summer this time and it will need more frequent cleaning.

Light weight, strong support
This was recommended by someone on Reddit with a similar condition as mine ‘causing wrist pain. It is really helping my wrist not hurt as much or as often and keep my range of motion throughout the day. It’s not as heavy on the arm as the bulkier wrist “supports,” which were weighing down my elbow and shoulder. If you need a support like this, this one is worth a try!

Didn't Do a Thing
After months of dealing with persistent hand & finger pain, I finally made an appointment with an orthopedic doctor. After X-rays and an examination he recommended that I try this "widget". He felt it would help.I wore this all day for a couple of weeks. It did nothing. As others have noted, the instructions are worthless. Even the short YouTube instructional video doesn't bother to tell you how tight to make the straps or what you're supposed to feel while wearing it.I'm happy other reviewers have benefited from this product, but it did absolutely nothing for me.**UPDATE - - FANTASTIC CUSTOMER SERVICE!**Although this product didn't help with my hand/wrist pain, 5 STARS to the seller of this item! Their product support is fantastic. I was not looking for a refund nor did I really want one. IMO, I took a chance that the product would work for me. It didn't. But, that's not the sellers fault.However... within a couple of days of my review, the seller reached out to me with an offer to help and also refunded my purchase price without me even requesting it.Hard to find companies that do business like this anymore. I'd definitely buy from them again should there be a product that suits my needs.
