Do I need to respray and re-iron after washing?

Yep, every time its washed, you need to spray and iron as usual. The starch washes out after each washing.

Picture above states 2013 on back, will you be shipping 2023 or 2022 manufactured date?

The expiry date of the products is 2028. production date is 2023.

Does this have any fragrance/odor to it? (I'm really sensitive to smells and even things that say they're odor-free sometimes aren't.)

No perfume smell. Just that starch smell and it's not strong.

Can you use this for food? the chinese lady on youtube says you can use any spray starch of your choosing to make general tso's chicken.

If you're talking about making general tso's chicken, she was talking about corn starch for cooking. You find it in the baking aisle. You can use that to coat chicken and it will help make it crispy. It does not come in a spray. It's powder and you have to get corn starch for cooking. That is not what this product is.
