This is my second purchase because the first one is working perfectly still, getting a second one for my wife's car,plain and simple.

My son has installed systems before and offered to help me install this one for my Honda Odyssey 2016 van. He stared on Thursday. Picked up on it again Friday morning and Friday evening. Usually never gives up. He searched for YouTube videos and Manuel’s and made some calls. This is his feedback. The system came with an instruction manual that is two pages. The instructions discuss how to connect the plastic harness that attaches to the existing unit. The manual for the actual unit has a wiring diagram that does not match the wires that came with the unit. The product came with numerous audio and video connections with no clear way to connect them to the existing system. I would only recommend someone with a strong knowledge in vehicle electrical wiring to buy this system as the manufacture expects you to be able to splice into your cars wires to get the back up camera working and control the audio from the new unit. After spending over seven hours trying to install this unit, I decided to throw in the towel and find a different unit which comes with instructions. He put in hours. He truly tried to install for me. Today I am returning and hope the transaction goes smoothly.

Excellent easy to install and works perfectly

Updated Review: 12/24: I've spent to much time on this device. It has potential but it does not work 100% and requires a lot of effort. 1) Out of the box, no virtual keyboard. I had to connect a keyboard to the USB port to type my password to connect to wifi. 2) I had to use keyboard to change name of Bluetooth device name. 3) GPS works but is 10 mph faster than actual speed no matter where I put the sensor 4) Can't install apps. I can only uninstall a few apps. But if I want to install an app from Google play, can't do it. Only way I see is to put apk file on USB and then try through the factory settings. Not sure this will even work. 5) Console runs very hot. 6) No easy way to set steering wheel controls. I understand English but no matter how I try to follow instructions nothing seems to work. 7) Back up camera, when switching back to drive makes you wait 10 seconds before returning to main screen, no way to change. No settings anywhere, easily found to change this setting. Its like skipping an ad every time. 8) No options to change boot logo. 9) No point on having home screen themes when only some of the buttons work to open apps. Customer service is still 110%, fantastic, but the product is not a complete solution. Product works as expected. very compatible with the Honda Odyssey 2016. Setup is pretty straight forward. I was going to give this a 3 star because it is not plug and play. It takes a lot to understand the configuration and configure it the way you want. Also, if your not comfortable taking car apart and running wires/slicing wires get some help. Other than that, looks great, works great. The #1 reason for 5 stars is the customer support. I have sent them over 1 emails, each answered within a day at the most. The Customer support is amazing !!!!

Everything works except for the backup camera. It was wired correctly but when we put the car in reverse, the backup camera does not pop up on the screen. Either the camera itself is not working or the system does not work properly. Tried to contact the seller for assistance but cannot find a way to contact them.

Great play very well

Good upgrade for my 2004 dodge ram 1500

I wanted this to be great but it just does not work consistently. After a month of use I can tell you that when it works it is great! However, it routinely will loose connection to the phone during drives and hunts for the phone again for several minutes. During that time it reconnects and looses connection multiple times. Additionally, it will randomly loose audio connectivity. When you start the vehicle there is no audio. This will last for the entire drive! Restarting the vehicle does not resolve this issue. At some point it will work again. These issues, along with the lack of adequate installation instructions (I had to get help from a competitor to make this work as Hikity was nearly useless when I had technical issues at install), make this product a poor value in my opinion.
