Are they tight at toe and top i have 4eeee size foot

I would not say super tight, and the first few months they retain it. I thinknit has enough give but it could be close. I wear a size 11.5, and they fit me fine and my foot has to be a little wider than average.

Do these come with annoying tags that you have to cut off like most socks? Or are they just in a bag?
