I bought this product for my bedridden father, and my adult austic who isnt potty trained. At first I ordered it on hopes and dreams that itd help with the urine smell in my home. When I change my dad his towels and chucks go in a tote of water with 2cups of this product they soak for a few hours then go into the washer for drain amd spin, then a regular wash with oxygen clean. And let me tell you! The smell is gone, stains are gone! My house is smelling sooooo good!! My boy has an accident on the floor, I have a cedar mop bucket set up with the separate clean/dirty sides i added 1 cup of urine be gone to plan water, dry mop up his urine, then wet mop with this product let aur dry and bam no more smell by the time it drys! This product has been a life saver in my home it also gets ride of cat urine smell that has been cooked into clothes with the dryer, and dog urine smells and stains from carpet thats been there for a year. This has became my favorite cleaning product in my home.

I have two 13 year old dogs who have some issues from time to time. Used this once and the smell was verry minimal after. I used it twice now my house smells like the cleaner, thankfully its a good smell.

HANDS DOWN, MY yorkie even came out today and there were no pee that he usually tries to mark everday, gone. Wish I would have thought to take before and after photos. Managers smell decently. Trialed the product first with the carpet cleaner instructions. Seem to heighten the appearance of stains, although managed smell well. Then trialed the spot cleaning instructions. Somehow worsened the stain in diameter. Started with maybe 4 inch diameter stains x2 however with the spot treatment then expanded the stain into well over 12 inches in diameter. In spite of soaking up with initially paper towel than regular towel, stain persisted at the 12 inch or greater diameter. Ended up having to go back over with a different carpet cleaner which was effective in managing the actual stain. I do acknowledge there is l always a chance component of user error. Again managed, smell well, but did not manage the appearance of staying well.

This is a great value for your money. It helps remove order and pet stains.

TRUST THE PROCESS!!! I have 2 small dogs that know how to potty outside but if its cold or raining, or they just want to be stubborn, my room was aweful. It was the place they they peed. I was in a deep depression for a while so I nearly gave up on trying to shampoo the carpet every other day the smell was horrid. The ammonia smell had became so strong I left a window open all the time. I bought a gallon of Urine-B-gone, a good spray bottle and crossed my fingers. I wet the whole area of the carpet. I even went over the bad spots with just water in my cleaner but after it dried i re-sprayed with product. The ammonia smell seemed to be getting much stronger, for days. I was about to give up any hope that this product worked. But after about 5 days when the carpet dried well the air started to clear and the difference was amazing. I used the whole bottle and it was a strong smell for a bit... but my room smells great now. I never thought it would smell decent, much less good, ever again...at least without a full carpet change. I say trust the process. Give it time to work its magic and dont be stingy

Brought a new kitten and she had an incident on my new mattress this product got rid of the smell aswell as the stain worked so quickly the stain started going as soon as i sprayed it all over and the smell has completely gone i got the citrus smelling spray and it works wonders i would 100% recommend this for any pet owners :)

This produc works very well! Spray area and leave for 30 min for best results I use hot water with my carpet vacuum cleaner to take away the spill or soiled carpet. Leaves a pleasant smell and cleans spots on carpet.

Purtroppo non funziona per niente con l'urina di gatto. Ho fatto tre interventi su un acciottolato, sfregando anche le fughe con una spazzola e lasciando agire il prodotto ogni volta per diverse ore, ma l'odore non è stato eliminato. Deludente.
