Can I put a CRf 450 dirtbike on it or is that bike to long???

I’m not sure how long that is but my 21 CRF300L fits it and it’s 300+lbs.

What's the inside dimension of the main square tubing? I'd like to remove the plastic cover and insert another square tubing to extend the rack.

Not sure, but normally alterations change responsibility, meaning the warranty. The weight limitations would also be altered.
