I was doubtful this product would work as most skin lightening products take a long time to show effects. I've used it for only 10 days and OMG... I see major fading of old acne scars and even skin tone emerging .. I also use peels and very prone to PIH. This one keeps the PIH in check and all the ingredients in this product really work at evening out skin tone. I feel really lucky to have stumbled upon this product.

I do not have a ton of sun damage mostly because I have always used products with sunscreen but my hubby who is an outdoor enthusiast and always on the water fishing had a LOT of sun damage, mostly right above his cheekbones at the corners where he had large (about 1.5 inches in diameter) brown patches that were almost hard and scaly to the touch. So I got this product for him and he has been using it for 2 weeks now and we are definitely seeing a difference. I wish I had taken pics so you could see but I honestly thought it would be like most creams and not work. But this stuff has improved the sun damaged area quite a bit and even toned down the red cheeks he has had lately (rosacea?). His skin is regaining some of it's suppleness and is much softer and the crustiness is gone, the skin is softer and the brown patches have improved dramatically. He likes the results so much that he is religious about using it both morning and night and I have never gotten him to do that before. I would give it 5 stars but the price is just so high for what it is I am not sure I would order it again. But other than that this has been a success and I will be sad when he runs out.

I thought this product worked well, the price was a little high for the amount of product. Noticed a lighter pigment in my hands after using it for about 10 days.

I was previously using Eucerin's anti-pigment dual serum which, out of dozens of creams, was the only one to lessen my melasma. I went on hiatus from the Eucerin for a week, and instead tried this Alchimie. I initially had high hopes! I applied the Alchimie once a day, at night, using a pea sized drop. After 4 days, my melasma, which had been previously faded by the Eucerine, was instead worsened by the Alchimie and became more visible again! I stopped using Alchimie immediately and returned to the Eucerin.

My spouse used this for a few weeks on brown spots on her face and neck. For her type of issues, this cream was ineffective. It may work for you, however.

I’m surprised to see such results. You can see lightened spots. It does make my skin a little sensitive but worth it, very pleased!

This product goes on smoothly with no irritation. I have several places on my chest where I have darker pigmentation due to the sun, and it can be quite sensitive to creams that are made to reduce the appearance of fine lines and age spots. This cream does a wonderful job in lightening the uneven pigmentation on my skin, so much so that I have to really remember where the uneven pigmentation was. Now, I do have to keep using it to keep up the look, but that is what I expected, as that’s how it works with any lightening product. It also works well to reduce fine lines and wrinkles around my eyes and mouth, so it does the job of two skincare products. It is not drying like some serums are that act to reveal new skin and reduce wrinkles, which is just what I want.
