This is a great supplement. I’ve been taking it for quite a while to help with the bone loss that comes with aging. Rather than take a supplement that actually puts calcium in my bliod vessels, I chose this one it does what I needed to do-put it on my bones. Easy to digest. easy to take. I highly recommend it. It’s a good brand.

This is a great product, especially for men. It gives you lots of energy. I've been taking this for about two years. Outstanding product it will not disappoint.

Many of the capsules seem so stuffed the contents were kind of coming out all over. Not a deal breaker by any means, just an observation. I am not too pleased with the qty. A one month supply is not much, looking for a two month version. But the ingredients, just great. I have taken other multi's and this is my first run at taking one that is plant based and does not have all those crazy ingredients in it. Too soon to tell on that front, but I do feel better, likely placebo at this point, but I will take what I can get.

The only multivitamin I will ever use! I have done some research and these vitamins have more of what we were wanting I have recommended these vitamins to several of my clients.

First off, looks like a couple of capsules(only one) came apart as debris flew across my lap and desk. The odor which smelled like a barnyard and lingered around for a week or so be dissipating. Hard to say whether this MV or any other MV benefits me or not but will finish the bottle and update review.

I have been taking similar vitamins for years and switched to these because they were slightly less cost and slightly more ingredients. When I started taking them, I noticed that the small print said 30-day supply which seemed strange since there are 60 pills, then in the smallest print I read 2 pills per serving. Funny they do not word this in the main description. What a scam!!!
