Solid frame great pitch!
I have an outdoor restaurant and purchased three 10 x 20 canopies from a different manufacturer. They were less expensive and came with sides (which I did not need). All three are now in the trash. I replaced them with three 10 x 20 Mastercanopy and couldnโt be happier! Are two factors that make these canopies a superior product. The less expensive canopies were 102 inches tall. The master canopy is 132 inches tall. Since they are both 10 x 20 it gives a greater pitch so that the heavy rain does not create water pockets in the material that then would collapse the frame, as it did in the cheaper canopies. The other factor is the frame construction. The less expensive canopies create a peak by using a metal frame that arches to the top. This makes them flimsy and subject to moving and bending in the wind. The master canopy creates a framework that is more like home construction that goes straight across from one side to the other. The center peak is held up by adjustable poles from the middle of the framework. It makes the whole structure very solid. Having a choice of many colors was also great! Iโm so happy with this product, I even bought a 10 x 10 for another purpose.

Exceeded Expectations - Needs Better Instruction
The tent worked awesome. I set it up on my patio with the included sand bags on each leg. I tied it down with the provided rope using the provided stakes. It was tall enough for tall people to walk under without stooping over. I wouldn't call this a professional grade tent but it worked great. I hung a fan and a light in the tent and it kept things cool. I didn't get the sides or windows, just the tent. It was durable. We had a Severe Thunderstorm right after the party and it survived the wind well. The next day I still had not taken down the tent and another storm came through and dropped golf ball sized hail. No damage at all to the tent. One of my outdoor umbrellas had several holes but the tent was fine. I couldn't find any instructions or videos online for the 10 x 20. Plenty for the smaller 10 x 10. I figured it out. It was pretty easy with 3 people but would have been difficult with with 2 and almost impossible with one in my opinion. It took about an hour to set it up the first time. Overall the tent surpassed my expectations.

Quality
This canopy is strong against the wind. It keeps you well sheltered. Protects you from the heat of the sun and rain. Iโve had this canopy for almost 5 years. This canopy locks and itโs very difficult to setup and open. However I did notice a tear on the seam when I got first it. The so called insurance didnโt help much. It takes two people to put it up & down correctly. Due to a mishap I need to replace the top canopy. I tried twice to order a Mastercanopy top as it was suggested to order based on what I brought. The canopy top is very hard to find the correct replacement. The replacements are the right size but it the Velcro strips are way to short, not like the first one that was a bit longer. Each side isnโt covered fully to protect you from the sun. Amazon needs to do better for replacements materials, such as the canopy. This is frustrating looking for a new one.

Excellent build, durable
Excellent design, and heavy duty. I've been able to leave this canopy up over an outdoor cooking station for 2 months in the South Carolina rainy/stormy season, and it has held up very well. Commercial grade, thick metal. Durable, and smart design for keeping water from pooling. The peak extends with a hand crank, and no water pools. Easy to transport, though a tad heavier than the smaller, cheaper versions. Has great carry case with wheels.

Very strong and durable!
This canopy is one of the heaviest and most durable canopyโs Iโve bought yet. I set this one up in February and since that time, we had four different wind events with two reaching 60MPH gusts or higher. I was not at home to take the canopy down, yet it withstood every storm and the brutal wind speeds that hit it! After all that, it still stands looking brand new a month and a half later! I only used the ground stakes and weights on the legs that it comes with. Other canopies Iโve owned became twisted and destroyed in much lesser winds. This one is different. Excellent quality!

Not commercial grade at all and seller doesnโt respond to warranty claims
I purchased this suposedly commercial grade canopy for shade and shelter while rebuilding the engine on my boat. It went up easily enough but wasnโt/isnโt commercial/heavy duty/dependable at all. A little wind and rain and it collapsed with bends in the top framework and two of the legs; the canopy ripped as well. I tried using the link on Amazon for support and got a page doesnโt exist error. I think contacted Amazon support and got an email address and web address for the seller. The seller never responded to my email. I then went on their website and submitted a support form. They replied to my form submission with an email saying they couldnโt find my email and to reply with the photos and invoice. I replied with the photos and invoice and never got a reply. I sent both a follow up email and a follow up web form submission also both without reply.

Awesome!!
This canopy well constructed. Very solid and easy to set up. I recommend watching a few online videos for additional information before setting it up, the instructions are vague! I was able to set it up by myself the first time in about 20 minutes. It stands quite tall so lots of headroom!! we haven't had it in the rain yet but I'm sure it will be fine! the fabric is light weight but pretty tough! I have no complaints!

great canopy, easy to use
We bought this canopy to put on a patio facing west behind our house for a special occasion serving 10 people for dinner in a fairly formal setting and all needing to sit together at a table underneath it. It looked great and we could wind twinkle-light strings around the frame which made it all look quite elegant. It is easy to assemble but you definitely need 4 people to put it up, as the frame expands outward and slides up the legs to click in place... you need a person on each corner to walk it out, ease it up the leg, make sure it clicks in place at the corner correctly, and then extend the legs downward for the height you want all at the same time. DON'T push in the little spring-loaded pins that click in place with your finger too far - if you push them in too far you can lose them. You need two 18kg bags of sand to fill its sandbags to weight down its 4 feet. And we thought the anchor pegs that came with it looked too spindly so we used regular heavy-duty plastic tent pegs. There was a bit of a breeze blowing when we put it up - maybe 30 km/hr from the northwest - but once attached to tent pegs and weighted down with the sandbags it didn't move at all. It folds up into a case about the size of a tall golf bag with wheels on one end - one person can move it around. One thing, shipping gets complicated because it weighs so much the courier needs to schedule a truck with two people in it, so that can delay actual delivery a bit - in our case by two days.
