GreenPan Rio Healthy Ceramic Nonstick 5QT Saute Pan Jumbo Cooker with Helper Handle and Lid, PFAS-Free, Dishwasher Safe, Black

This is my absolute favorite pan to cook with! The 5-quart size is perfect for larger family meals, and the helper handle makes it so much easier to lift and move around when it's full. The nonstick coating works beautifully, and cleanup is an absolute breeze. I highly recommend it!

This pan is great! Food doesn’t stick which makes it easy to clean. And I don’t have to worry about chemicals leaching into my food.

This has become my favorite cooking pan. I like the flat bottom, so you can use it as a frying pan, but also like the depth of it so you can use it like a wok for sauteing vegetables. Also love the ceramic nonstick coating and that it's nontoxic. Only thing I don't love is how heavy it is, but I think that's typical for ceramic pans.

Great pan! I have this one and a smaller one. They clean easy and still look brand new! Not a scratch on the inside and I use it frequently! Always use a wooden spoon or a covered spatula.

Update 7/15/26: The ceramic coating is beginning to flake off in tiny bits & since that is unsafe, I'm tossing this into the trash. It worked great until this happened. I've replaced it with a stainless steel jumbo deep skillet & have used it 3 times with avocado oil for cooking & nothing stuck to the pan so I won't be buying another ceramic one. Purchased 6/20. Update 3/22: I purchased this pan in 6/20 & still love it. We continue to use it almost daily. The coating is still non-stick. We always cook using healthy oil & have never put this in the dishwasher which may be why it's still in excellent condition. No flaking, chipping or erosion of the ceramic coating. It also isn't stained even though we use lots of tomatoes & spices that could stain it. I would buy it again & do recommend it. Update 12/20: I love this pan & use it almost daily. No problems w it at all, no chips, scratches or any of the ceramic coating coming off. The manufacturer was intelligent & didn't put the coating on the rim of the pan which many others do & lots of the reviews of those pans had complaints about that. I'm definitely very happy w this pan & would buy it again. Original review: I've used this pan 3 times & so far, I like it. It does seem to heat evenly, it's very easy to cook in (no metal utensils) & clean up is super easy. I seasoned it well & only clean it out with hot water & wipe out with clean paper towel & then a final dry with a dish towel. I'll be back later to give an update after using it for a longer period. I do use oil to cook in it; so far nothing has stuck to it. I gave it 4 stars b/c I think we should know all the chemicals used in making cookware & everything else. This manufacturer didn't do that. I also don't use the lid that came with the pan as it has a metal rim & I don't want any damage to the ceramic coating inside the pan. I use a glass lid that is rimmed with silicone so no damage is done to my pans. I love the big size of this. It's able to hold a big amount of food, which is exactly what I wanted.

Bought this after watching the Project Farm review on YouTube showed it was the hardest non-stick pan. After a few months of heavy use, it has held up exceptionally well and still prevents food from sticking. Highly recommend.

We love these things which work great and holds lots of food from stews to bacon, steaks, burgs, taco, and so on. Pretty durable but you do need to keep the heat down as red burners (we have an electric stove top) will deteriorate the coating but you can get a year or two out of them if you avoid red burners. Kids (and sometimes the wife) will use metal in them but its generally hard to scratch anyway. Since they are non stick ceramic, they clean super easy with a little water and soap. Undersides get colored/marred pretty easy but I didnt buy these as a fashion accessory.

I've bought similar pans on here which were good for a few weeks before becoming sticky and useless. I was a little worried about trying ceramic again but thought I'd give it a go Wonderful non stick pan, still looks brand new after daily use. Strongly recommended.
