Good deal
Great bag for students, would recommend I realized after my first day of full time college classes that I needed to invest in a rolling backpack to carry the multiple large, heavy textbooks around. I prefer walking and doing the stairs, but my backpack weighs almost 50 pounds which is hard on the back. I went to 5 local stores with no luck, and then turned to trusty Amazon. I looked at several options & finally decided on this one. It is sturdy and has plenty of space (more than I need right now). The side pockets hold my water bottle nicely and I don't have to worry about it falling out. The main compartment is easily handles a 15.6" laptop, all the accessories, file folders and still room for a few days worth of clothes. The front compartments organize really well and are easy to access. The wheels have held up very nicely. The telescoping bar is the two pole variety pulls out and retracts very easily. There is a zippered cover for it so it can be hidden away nicely if you choose to use the backpack straps on the bag instead of the pull bar. I can't speak to the comfort of the straps as I have never used them. Additionally, this would be a good travel bag that can be rolled across airports. It would hold enough for an overnight business stay or, if you travel lighter that I do- a few days' get-away. I have been in two drizzle and the contents of the bag were kept dry and safe so far, but I did not do a lot of walking. I have gotten compliments on this, and would recommend this for school, travel and work.

Edited review: product replaced and is greatly improved! Love this backpack!!
Update: Seller contacted me and is replacing backpack for no charge! Great customer service! Love this backpack because the compartments are perfect and I love the ability to convert from backpack to rolling bag. I use it for travel in airports and for work. The updated bag has stronger zippers and more durable wheels. Basically, the small flaws I had with the original bag were all fixed. Bag is perfect! ****** I love this backpack SO much, but sadly the zipper (to hold in the shoulder straps when converted to a rolling bag) broke within 5 months. Additionally the wheels have multiple flat spots so now the backpack rolls awkwardly and is LOUD. I travel about twice per month and use this bag for flying. I roll it through airports and then convert to a backpack when I am in uniform during my travel. (So it's not like I put a crazy amount of miles on this thing.) I really wanted to love this because the pockets are perfect, the compartments are perfect, and it's comfortable. But sadly, I may have gotten a defective product or those two things just don't last.

Great little rolling bag: nice long handle and fits under economy seats!
I bought this rolling backpack after trudging through airports carrying my bookbag backpack with my too-heavy laptop. It was cheaper and easier to buy this than a nice lightweight laptop ;-)) I like the two separate large sections/compartments as well as a smaller front section with various sized pockets for small items. It's also nice that there is a velcro strap to keep my laptop from falling out when I unzip the larger section. It's probably practical for most people that the zippers go all the way to the bottom of the backpack on both sides of both large sections. However, I wish the large compartment zippers stopped about 6 inches from the bottom of the bag so that I didn't have to lay it flat to open it (or everything falls out). I tried not unzipping it all the way, but I have it so full ... But even stuffed full I could still push it under the economy seats on Southwest! I also like the way the handle feels sturdy and pulls out to two different heights. I'm tall and appreciate not having to bend over as I pull the backpack through airports. Last but not least I like that the backpack straps have their own zippered cover so when I'm rolling the bag they aren't hanging out!

Nice bag, great customer service, zippers could be better
I bought this bag for my 13 year old son for school because his backpack was so heavy he could barely carry it. This bag is a nice design and does it’s job. Organization is well laid out, and it rolls well. As a school bag it gets daily use and so far has been holding pretty well. The only problem with this bag is the zippers are are a bit finicky and not rugged enough for daily use. With better zippers this would be rated 5 stars. Update: the company that sells these backpacks contacted me and made a genuine effort to fix the zipper problem. They stand by their products and guarantee you will be satisfied with your purchase. Their customer service is top notch. I would highly recommend.

A very good rolling backpack
I recently returned to the U.S. from international travel to Asia and resolved to get a better backpack. I bought this because it rolls but it can also compact down to about 4 inches high (on one end) to 8 inches high (on the wheeled end) to fit under even the smallest Asian airline seat. I had a dinky space but this would have been half in-half out from under the seat in front which seems good enough for the airline. Pros: * 2 wheels makes it thinner than 4 wheels * Zip-able compartment to seal away backpack straps (nice) * 2 zip-able pockets for boarding passes, passports in addition to 2 mesh bottle holders * Suitcase style handle for carrying * Both padded pocket and padded separate compartment for multiple laptop computers * 3 main compartments can be locked with 2 standard TSA mini locks (see photo) * Solid, zip-able, long lasting, single bar towing handle Cons: * No felt lined laptop computer pocket * No small, shallow (felt-lined) top pocket for phone, wallet and small items to make it easy to empty/refill pockets going through TSA airport security * No clothes holding straps in the main compartment * Front small item compartment is basic (no zippered or Velcro pockets) * No USB phone charging power port I’ll soon travel on a local 3-night stay and test drive this backpack. It fits! In the other photo, you can see that it’s full but not snug or tight (zippers move freely). That’s 2 jeans shorts and 1 long jeans, shirts, underwear, socks, travel-size everything, pjs, mini bathroom bag, even a travel size dental water sprayer, a MacBook Air, 20ft extension cord, a swim shirt and swim trunks. (It had to be strategically packed; I couldn’t just toss it in there.) But, yes, 3 days of clothes with all the trimmings. For an airline flight, I would pack much less and make it thinner. It seems well-built but I caution against over-packing. If you overpack, it will not fit under an airline seat and the zippers and seams will tear sooner or later.

perfect for the gym
this Ambor 2 wheel backpack is so much better than any gym bag I've had, I need to wheel the gear in now my shoulders and neck can't take the weight, this backpack is tough durable and stiff, it slides right into the locker then I can unzip and take stuff out very organized, because it's stiff my shirt for later doesn't get wrinkled it's held in place, it's true one reviewer said the backbone takes up space, that's where my swim snorkel goes, I love it has 3 main compartments and side areas too, the zippers seem tough and the wheels and handle are super easy to use then going up stairs the cloth handle is great functional...fits my needs perfectly, could use it as a weekend plane backpack but it's true it doesn't hold a lot for traveling, but if a 2 wheeler held more it'd fall over I think, anyway perfect for my needs!

If you need a backpack that will roll as a luggage, this is a good one
My brother got a backpack that he used while travelling to Vietnam. The backpack fell apart, the zipper broke and the compartments were not well designed and he had to haul the heavy backpack every day throughout his trip. I wanted to get him a replacement that he could use as both a backpage and as a rolling luggage to take of the weight from his shoulder. I wanted one to be well made and would not break on him. I was pleasantly surprised to receive the purchase. It came in a a a big zip lock bag that gave it some protection. It's looks very sturdy, has double zippers (metal or hard plastic not cheap plastic). It has several compartments that can house clothes, laptop and other things. It has 2 water bottle holders which is a great feature. The handle is hidden in its compartment which when extended, seemed very sturdy. I was nervous to make the purchase because I did not know what I will get and did not want to go through the trouble of returning it. But I am happy I did.

Damaged my laptop!
**The laptop pouch is not safe for laptops and WILL DAMAGE IT** I thought this bag would be perfect for me as I'm a commuter college student. While it doesn't have as many pockets as my previous bag, I was willing to sacrifice some for the convenience of not having my back and shoulders hurt. I have been very careful to carry the bag up and down stairs and not let it drop curbs when crossing the street. Ideally, this shouldn't matter as there should be adequate padding in spaces meant for electronics. I have a NEW laptop ($1000) and it now has a significant scratched dent in it due to the laptop rubbing against the bolts in the bottom of the bag that have absolutely NO padding covering it in the main pocket and an extremely thin strip of padding that, depending on the size of the laptop, doesn't cover the bolts at all in the laptop pocket. Not happy about the damage done AND that I have to switch back to my old bag to prevent further damage. 0/5 stars.
