Leyland Trade High Gloss Paint - Brilliant White 2.5L

As previous review regarding Leyland paint, just ab fab. The gloss just finished everything off, in a good way. If it's Leyland, that's it.

Excellent glossy

I should have known really when choosing a paint that has the word trade in the name. This is very difficult paint to work with, and I suspect is better applied by someone in the painting and decorating trade who knows the finer points of working with paint, rather than someone like me who just slaps the paint on and hopes for the best! Good quality paint, but very certainly not non-drip, and too easy to overload your brush it being so thin, ending up with it dripping off the brush or leaving excess amounts on the painted surface leading to drips/runs. However, the areas where I managed to get a good finish It looks fantastic. I'd add that I used this with Leyland's undercoat which was much the same.

We've had a problem with some white painted woodwork. I decided it was probably due to poor quality paint used by the painter we paid to do the job so, even though I didn't have time, I'd do it myself. I chose this paint because independent reviews suggested it was the best white gloss on the market and I applied it over Leyland Trade Acrylic Undercoat, bought at the same time. That was four months ago. Coverage was excellent and still is; the woodwork looks bright and newly painted. Highly recommended.

Good it drips all over the place

The paint covers well and leaves a good gloss finish, for larger areas use a 4 inch small gloss roller, the paint does have a smell, okay outside but if used inside make sure the room is well ventilated, would recommend this product.

This Magnolia gloss paint is very hard to find and at this price its a bargain.
