What I really like: • User-friendly app that makes it easy to read and clear fault codes, even for beginners. • One-Click Apps are great for enabling hidden features (comfort windows, lighting options, etc.) without needing to know complex coding. • Advanced functions like live data monitoring, control unit adaptations, and coding are very handy for deeper diagnostics—especially on VW/Audi/Skoda/Seat vehicles. • Wireless design means no bulky scanners—just your phone. What could be better: • Some features are locked behind Pro subscriptions or credits, which can get costly if you use advanced coding often. • Vehicle support is strongest with Volkswagen Group cars; non-VAG owners will mostly just get basic OBD2 functions. • You do need to be careful—changing coding or adaptations without understanding them can cause issues. Easy to use

Used this device for my 2012 Audi Q5. Was easy to set up the OBDeleven VAG app and register it to my car. Took a little research to figure out how to program for a battery replacement (Control Units -> Gateway -> Long Adaptation -> Channel 4 -> Edit the last digit of the code and save), but that went just fine. My car is on the older side, so less support for the newest features. Lots of small bits and bobs in the app to edit for someone who's interested in full customization. Recommended for an Audi owner who don't want to take the car into a dealer for small things that you should be able to do yourself.

I purchased this product, after doing research, to assist with a rear electronic parking brake maintenance matter on an Audi SQ5. The product came in a very nice package and seemed to be of very high quality. To use this product, a Smart Phone such as Android is necessary as expected. Using my very recent Samsung device, I downloaded and installed the OBDEleven App which was quick and efficient. Using this app to connect to the device proved to be impossible due to a lack of available support. The reason is that the Android App REQUIRES a successful activation procedure to be completed. This procedure requires the consumer to enter their email address and await an activation code which would then be used to activate the App. Unfortunately, no code nor arrived. The procedure was repeated 3-4 times over a 24 hour period. Still no code. SPAM/Junk folders contained no email, and address entered verified as correct. Realizing this could happen for various reasons, I decided it best to simply contact tech support. Contacting support using the in-app method takes one to the obdeleven.com website. Support options there during the US business hours are via a Chat, which appears staffed, but is actually a Chat Bot. The chat bot was unsurprisingly not useful. Another attempt was made later in the day to request support via [email protected]. An email was sent, but not responded to. A third option was to request support via the website through submission of a question. A question was raised seeking activation help where my phone number with country code was provided. There has been no response more than a day later. I did also review a tiny paper document where I found the website location for the user manual. This website opens fine, but the manual renders in a blank form. No manual. It may have been hosted from a site blocked by my employer, not sure. But simply making a downloadable PDF available would have been a nice option if not including documentation with the product purchased. In closing, I was unable to use this product to complete my car repair as planned as no timely help was available from the manufacturer (and still no contact as of this review)

I own a 25 VW GLI and I was a bit skeptical because it’s a frequently returned product but I feel like people just buy it clear their codes and send it back. I’ve been using for over a month for different things and it’s worked great so far. I have no complaints with it. I purchased the ultimate and for the money it’s done everything I’ve needed it to do and more. Thanks!

Not sure exactly where to start but YouTube and lots of Google research got me to buy this product. I purchased the Dynamic Matrix headlights for my A6 C7 and needed to deactivate the side marker lights (yellow light from the headlight). I trusted the product and I am very happy. Not only did I got rid of the side markers but I discovered other amazing features on my Audi, plus the diagnostic can save you time and money. I give this 100 out of 5. Works great on IOS. Careful with the negative comments.

My first order came with a box that "appeared" sealed. I should have been suspicious since the seal stickers looked a little dirty, but the stickers were still there nonetheless. And to no surprise, when I opened the "sealed" box, the obdeleven was missing. The phone mount, manual, cloth pouch, and keychain were present. I was EXTREMELY upset to say the least. I notified Amazon of this "sealed" box missing the most important, and expensive, item. Amazon immediately sent me a free replacement. I was skeptical of a free replacement, fearing another empty "sealed" box. Low and behold, the replacement came. This one looked actually sealed. Opened it up and it was actually there! Tried the obdeleven immediately and it works flawlessly. Very happy with Amazon fixing this mishap without hesitation. With all that being said, this ultimate pack seems worth it. As soon as my phone (iPhone) connected to the app and connected to the device, the ultimate pack popped up. No need for obdeleven to send you any email codes or anything silly like that. I can use the apps for free, no credits needed. However, the downfall seems to be that the ultimate pack is only good for a year. At this price, I feel like you should get unlimited apps for lifetime. The whole "credits" system is quite ridiculous. Pros: -Worked immediately out of the box -Ultimate pack immediately redeemed -App works well, but sometimes slow -No credits needed with the ultimate pack (1 yr) -So many modifications/uses with this product Cons: -The possibility of receiving an empty box (me) -Ultimate pack only good for a year Overall, happy I received the product even after receiving an empty box the first time. I would give it 5/5 stars if the ultimate pack was good for a lifetime (so no need to ever use credits), and if I received the item the first time (however that may be Amazon's fault and not obdeleven).

A must have tool! Great for having confidence and the ability to perform diagnostics and to be able to make the essential adjustments to systems as needed.

Having owned a basic but useful £50 scan tool for the last 10 years, I decided to splash out on the OBDeleven Ultimate tool to allow me to add some features which hadn't been enabled at the factory on my Audi A1 and Audi A7. The OBDeleven is an incredible tool, it's light years more advanced than the regular diagnostic tools. It gives full diagnostic data of the entire car, covering way more circuits than normal tools (including live data as the car is running). It's also fully approved by the Volkswagen Audi group. I was able to code out the awful stop-start function on my A7, and enable hill hold and the full graphic parking sensors (instead if just the Audio tone) on my A1. The Ultimate Version that I bought, has unlimited 1 touch programming credits which means it gives you a load of pre-coded functions that allow you to code various items at the push of a button (with the standard version, you need to pay for credit (around £1 per function i believe). If you are a bit of a geek, you can manually program the various functions, but i preferred the ease of one touch programming. It's not a cheap system, but you do get what you pay for and given that my local Audi dealer charge £150 for a full diagnostic scan, this OBDeleven tool is an absolute no brained.

Tienes un taller en la palma de tu mano, puedes solucionar problemas, o solicitar a tu mecánico que resuelva cosas especificas lo cual te da el control de lo que vas a pagar por tu reparación, en mi caso lavaron con agua el motor y algunos sensores enviaron errores y mi auto no tenia nada, además de apagar los errores de códigos, pude hacer servicio a partes como la transmisión a través del software de la app.
