Ive been using this for about 3 years on the daily. I put a teaspoon in aboit 6 ounces of water with 2 ice cubes and drink in the evening before bed. It helps me to feel relaxed and replenishes magnesium levels which we are all deficient in. Its sweetened with monk fruit and the taste is addictive. It arrives in a box and the glass container is wrapped in bubble wrap. Ive never received a faulty container. It arrives quickly and on time. I really like it and will continue to use it. It is a little pricey but it really does help me wind down and sleep.

Ok, this stuff is magical. Puts me to sleep - and I mean hard asleep - after about 30 minutes from taking it. I cut back to half a teaspoon and still get the same affects. I had to stop doing my online classwork after taking it because I was submitting answers to things without remembering what I said and it wasn't making sense.

I've updated my review to 4 stars as this is a great product. There is a non-flavored option which wasn't available when I made my purchase. The flavored product is overly sweet. Considering the promotional material clearly states "NO Sugar Added". But doesn't clearly state "Sweetened with Munk Fruit" I was taken aback by the high level of sweetness. This sweetness still messes with my brain and I find I have low blood sugar the next morning. Because I love it, I am buying the unsweetened. My original post, which I still standby for the Berry flavor: Overly, icky sweet. Ingredients say "no sugar" BUT monk fruit is a very sweet sweetener. Unfortunately I didn't realize this. Not recommended unless you want candy level sweetness with your magnesium.

The only thing I can agree with on all the positive reviews is the taste. It really is tasty. That’s where my similar experience ends. Firstly, it has not helped with sleep at all, in fact it’s worse. I’m in and out of consciousness multiple times throughout the night. However, I do have to say that my dreams have been way more pleasant, very few bad dreams. A dramatic improvement. The absolute worst though is stomach upset. It seems to have a negative effect on a small amount of users. Very nauseating and messes with movements. It must be the powder as absolutely nothing else has changed in my routine during the three weeks I have tried to stick with the product. I guess its a crap shoot. Either it will work for you, or you might be one of the few users that only experience stomach issues, and no positive effects. Sure is tasty though…

Been taking for a few weeks now and have been experiencing better sleep. Forgot it one night and noticed a big difference. Tastes good (mild berry flavor) and dissolves easily in water. Have ordered a second jar!

I really wanted to love this. The flavor was great and the thought of getting better sleep made me push trying it for more days. Unfortunately the side effects were not worth it. My sleep was actually disrupted the first couple of nights trying this. One night I just couldn’t fall asleep and kept waking up, the other was the same but with stomach cramps. That said, I thought I should give it more of a chance. I tried it again. I loved having my mocktail in the evening. The third night my sleep was much better, so was the fourth and fifth… I was happy to sleep solid through the night. A big achievement for someone who has to sleep with ear plugs, sound machines, eye covers…. Because I’ve always been a bad sleeper. Unfortunately during the day I had very loose stools… every single day. And that’s what made me stop taking it. When I stopped, my digestion went back to normal. The container is still in my counter… I enjoyed the sleep I got, but having diarrhea daily just wasn’t worth it unfortunately… if that wasn’t the case I’d still be having my mocktails every evening :/ Everyone is different tho.. I hope it works for you.

I started my magnesium journey with moon juice but it was so expensive to ship to sg that I switch another brand after consuming two bottles. But I’m back again because this works so much better than the other brand. It contains 3 kinds of magnesium which targets different functions. Listen to your body when taking supplements. Works super well for me. I can actually feel the difference when I stop taking it. It could be my magnesium deficiency, hence I could sense the difference between consistently taking it nightly and skipping it for two weeks. Body didn’t require the usual two weeks to get used to this supplement too. Love it.
