Does this knife flex or is it rigid?

Has some flex. Not too much, good for big fillets like King Salmon.

I purchase this knife week ago. after three trips in gulf of mexico i got rust stains on this knife? is this is normal? btw knife made in china.

I've used mine for about 5 months but I haven't taken it on the water (ocean) so I'm unable to comment about your issue. Being used on land cleaning fish and rinsed in fresh water I have not experienced any rust staining on my knife. My issue is that the blade cannot hold a fine edge because it chips and fractures when the edge becomes really thin and sharp.

Can i get a sheath for it?

It comes with a plastic, gray tinted sheath with cutouts to help the blade dry out. It makes the blade completely safe and it fits tight. But the sheath itself does not have any belt slots. I normally keep the knife in a gear bag. Kershaw does sells other fillet knives with belt attachable sheaths, but I doubt the sheaths will be interchangeable if you wanted to stay with this knife. I use this knife to break down 30 lb yellowtail. The knife and the sheath that it comes with works great with no complaints.
