Delicious and chewy!
It's hard to say if this pasta is worth the cost, over something mid-line like DeCeccio. However, it is absolutely slightly-better than that "blue" brand. (And I've tested using a simple basil & garlic sauce, so the pasta is really in the forefront.) Thick, chewy, flavorful..... Nice. Still, for the cost, I will probably only use this for friends and special occasions. It great, but the difference is somewhat subtle. You'll have to try it for yourself.

Very good quality, and in tact
Delicious texture, arrived in boxes thank goodness, so fully in tact noodles. Would have preferred calamaretta, but that was my own fault.
