Castoro Cellars Central Coast Blushing White Wines Mixed Pack, 4 x 750 mL

I ordered this wine pack on purpose. I wanted to start with the white wines first then maybe try their red wines. Well, I'm not sure if these wines were purposely selected as their not-their-best batch. I say that because I didn't care for any of these white wines. The Chardonnay is a 2015 vintage. I expected it to be ready to drink. It tasted sort of tart. For $12 a bottle I expected more out of these wines. I at least expected to be able to drink them now and enjoy them. As it turned out, these wines tasted like $5.99 wines. I'm not sure if this winery on purpose sells their bad wines on amazon and their better wines out of their tasting room. Either way, if anyone is thinking of buying this white wine batch from amazon, save your money. As for me, well, I took a chance and I learned the hard way to maybe sample the wines I'm buying int he future.

Bought this for my daughter in Texas, I live in UK. Very impressed with excellent service. My daughter was delighted with the wine.
