Doesn't trip air pressure sensor.
Got this to replace an off-brand "OEM" filter that kept causing the air pressure sensor to trigger the check engine light.This filter works perfectly, engine is happy and I'm happy.

Buy it.
Works for 5th Gen RAM. TSB for filters that have glue strips. They restrict air and cause more frequent regens. Use this filter. Works for me.

OEM filter but from older manufacturer
First, I did not receive what was pictured. Pictured is the newer manufactured filter (orange with no glue strips on the bottom of filter), however what I received was the older manufactured filter (black with three glue strips).The glue strips on the black filter cause air restriction and codes. Mopar had the filter redesigned without glue strips and is trying to sell their old stock. If you receive an orange filter, great, however if you receive the black one, you may receive codes due to air flow restriction. After figuring this all out and bringing it to my dealer’s attention, they sold me an orange one for the same cost I purchase the black one off Amazon for. Will be returning the black filter.

Not exactly the same as factory filter but appears to be a "factory style replacement" 2022 Ram 4500
Filter arrived on time as stated when ordered. It is not an exact factory replacement differences were different wire mesh top appearance, black seal instead of orange seal and there is 3 straps of glue on the bottom side of the paper filter. The filter does fit in the factory air box on our diesel 2022 Ram 4500. Appears to seal well and assume it will work fine. Coming from an automotive background disappointed I spent $49 when we probably could have spent the $27 and got the same replacement.
