Love album but sound was a little muffled and in equalized

Damaged media - Warped LP
The disc was damaged, warped, and it can't be played. Since it was a Mother's day gift - here that is August 15th - I was not able to return it. This Depeche Mode album is our favorite, and we were quite heartbroken to receive a warped unplayable disc :(
