Stays cold, useful postpartum
I bought these to use postpartum after a natural delivery. They really helped reduce swelling and pain following stitches! They get really cold and having 2 is useful to have 1 in use and 1 in the freezer. They come with red sleeves which are useful to collect any blood and then chuck them in the washing machine. They are very long and will fit in the biggest pants. I imagine they'd also be useful for a c section incision if ok'd by the doc. We still use them as regular ice packs without the sleeves as they stay cold for a long time and are really flexible. Seams seem to be of good quality, haven't had one burst yet! Would buy again if I needed to. Or great gift for a friend post partum!

Not bad
Great but wish they stayed cold for longer. Maybe 10-15 minutes of true coldness to smooth the area but I just interchanged them as two in a pack

Great
I want to try these as I have a SPC catheter and I get bad bladder spasms which cause my urethra to burn badly, even though I get numbing gel prescribed I wanted to see if these would work. I have only tired once so far and i helped cooled down my urethra and ease the pain a tad. Easy to use. They are strong, great for the money. They have great flexibility. Thinking about ordering more eventually going to see how it goes with these two first.

Postpartum essential!
Perfect postpartum! Comfortable, soft and came with disposable liners which was a huge benefit. Didnโt take long to get cold and provided much needed soothing post birth.

Lasted 6 weeks before it leaked out blue crystals.
Bought late May and burst at the beginning of July. Excellent before it burst but a bit expensive for such a short life.

Amazing!!!
After having extensive vaginal reconstructive surgery, I was looking for more long-term cooling relief than the perineal cooling packs my hospital provided. Twenty minutes just wasn't enough to suit my needs. These cold packs are my new best friends! I hand washed the sleeves in dye-free and scent-free soap, then air dryed them. While I waited for them to dry, I placed the cold packs in the freezer. After a short wait, sweet sweet relief! They weren't too cold. They weren't hard and bumpy. They were absolute perfection. Since they are packed with gel beads, they form to your body's contours. Thankfully, I ordered two sets and just switch them out, as needed. I definitely recommend these to anyone who needs a similar surgery or for postpartum care. I would've loved these after I had my babies......just amazing!!! Don't hesitate to buy them.

Best purchase for postpartum
I just received these and I am beyond happy with it! I have not used them just yet as I am still pregnant but just the feeling of them is great quality! They are flexible, they are gelly so its gunna be great for freezing and warming. The covers for it are extremely soft and this product is gunna be so perfect for postpartum. I was told to get frida mom freeze pads but these I wanted to try and I am so glad I bought these! Half the price and way more practical! They also have a breast feeding pad cover. This is for sure made for postpartum in mind for woman. Highly recommend!

effective and comfortable
This was one of the most helpful products I have purchased on Amazon! I used the gelpacks for postoperative comfort after perineal surgery. The soft washable sleeves are perfect and gelpacks placed in freezer are so much more comfortable than any other form of cold pack. They can also be used for warmth in microwave but I did not use them for that purpose. Another good feature is placement of a gelpack in your panties during postoperative period or post childbirth and also for those who suffer from hemorrhoids. Highly recommend!

Not just for perineal - great for your neck
We use these for neck pain; they stay hot a long time especially when wrapped in a handtowel.

Needed in postpartum kit
Looks just like photo, Great to have 2 extra bags to switch between, the material is comfortable as well. If you getting pains, add this on for 10-20 minutes every hour does wonders
