I've been using Gundry products and following the diet for over a year. I can't say this probiotic has really done much for me. But I think I'm a "slow transporter " and perhaps the probiotics aren't quite making it through my digestive track. I switched to seed and I seem to be having better results. I'll go back in 3months and try gundry again. Perhaps by then I'll have more success.
