Is this a twist up or does it have to be sharpened?

Hi Rhonda. Thank you for reaching out to L'Oreal regarding the Infallible Matte Lip Crayon. This lip crayon twists up, you do not sharpen it.

Is it hydrating or dries lips?

Hello there, thank you for reaching out to ask us this question. We love to assist our consumers in the best way possible. Our Infallible Matt lip crayon is a soft-creamy, ultra-pigmented, and matte formula. With high coverage, it perfectly and lastingly covers the lips · Non-drying matte finish. We hope this answers your question.

Hi Amy ! Thanks for reaching out to us regarding Infallible Matte Lip Crayon. For a red shade, please try #505. Little Chili.

Does this come with a safety seal on it?

Mine did. So I'm pretty sure they all come safely sealed.
