Quand le produit est "frais" c'est parfait. Mais quand il vs arrive dur comme un caillou c'est une autre paire de manches! Autrement qd il arrive frais , une fois entamé il durcit ds son emballage et j'ai tout essayé (film de conservation , mise sous vide....rien y fait. Quant à essayer de le ramollir avec de la crème pour la peau, il ne se solidifie pas à la cuisson.....dommage...)
