Works well
Seems to be water resistant. It’s the consistency of water, so you have to constantly be wiping the excess off the surrounding tiles. I poured it into a dish and painted it on with a small kids paintbrush. Made it easier than using the spout

Start with one bottle
Does the job. One bottle goes a very long way. I bought three and did my two bathrooms twice and used a half of a bottle.

Packing was messy
I ordered 2x 3pack bottles. One of the bottles had a broken seal and lost nearly 1/2 of the sealant. The amount lost did not warrant sending everything back, but It's rather disappointing considering these sealants are not cheap. We also got this style because we had the bottles with the rollers and didn't like how they were very messy when applying the sealant.I will update this review after we have a chance to use the sealant and witness how easy/hard/messy it is to apply.

Great So Far!
I used this sealer last week and it has been working great; things that would have stained in the past wiped right off. The application process was simple and the bottle of sealer went farther than I expected. I’m impressed so far!
