Bought this to pin down our duvet into its cover. It has been about 3 years now and is still holding strong.The other generic pins just kept on coming out and poking me. The tip isn’t super pointy which works perfectly for our use.I think everyone should have a set of these pins as they are great for heavy duty personal use. Will probably last us a lifetime.

These are solid pins that work great. I hate to take off a star but some of them have a very crisp seam on the plastic part.

Worked great for clipping our preflats together. Easy to open and love that it has a groove inside to help it stay clasped.

Nice and big, easy to unlock and lock, and are strong enough to depend on. No doubt great for diapering (not available in the mid-70's, unfortunately. My use is different - use these when backpacking or traveling. These large safety pins are useful for hanging washed-in-sink laundry, even hanging socks to dry or other items from one's pack while hiking. The ease of use due to the larger plastic head compared to a standard metal head makes these a good value.
