Does this dry to a matte finish?

yes it does - I like it very much.

It’s 1 oz. Great price too. I paid $40 for this at Ulta the last time so I would grab this if I were you. It does last a very long time. Even if you think the tube is empty, you can cut it open and scoop more out and put it into a small screw top container. You’d be surprised how much is left.
