I take two of these daily and have been for a well over a year and a half. They really help your joints all the popping and cracking that I had was gone. They are easy to take. They are a larger size but go down smoothly no taste no fish burps very easy to use.

Fish based omega3,it's big Kapsel,but it doesn't have fishy smell when I take them. However you might notice a slight odor only when something like a burp happens.
