Phone
We purchased for my father in law because his fingers are numb and has problems with maneuvering number pads. He has done well with this.

Good clear sound, plenty of volume. Simple for seniors, convenient for all.
We got this for a family member who has trouble seeing and can no longer use her cellphone without assistance. But rather than get a landline installed, or VOIP provider over internet, we got an "XLink BT HD" adapter here on Amazon, that connects this phone to her mobile phone via Bluetooth and it all works great! We programmed the speed dial buttons, quick and easy. Now she can make calls and get calls without our assistance. The sound quality is better than her mobile phone, and she can either use the handset or the speakerphone. The build quality of the phone seems totally fine. Definitely recommend this phone.

Customer Service/Tech Support Non-Existent
Edited 1/1/25: Trying to get tech support to help us retrieve stored messages. The instructions say to press *98, but that only results in an error message. Have tried calling tech support several days now. They only have an answering machine and say they will call back. Tough luck if you miss their call. I have called them back several times with detailed question, asking them to please leave me a voice mail or write an email, but nothing. No website or other assistance. DO NOT recommend. Earlier review: Instead of using color photos, I printed black and white icons for front desk, nursing services, their grown kids - easier to see than color photos on printer paper. This cord is long enough to stretch from the table to the LazyBoy. Good sound quality. This phone works reliably. One of the buttons stopped working for a couple of days until I could get there and reprogram it. Not sure if Mom or Dad had pressed it too hard or what... but it was simple to reprogram and it works perfectly. The steps to program each button are a little counter-intuitive -- the dial tone keeps sounding as you're entering the numbers, so it might sound as if you're doing something wrong. But follow the directions and it works. We will probably order a second one.

Volume too low
Not enough volume Purchased for elderly relative. He was unable to clearly hear the other person unless volume was turned all the way up, and only if he remembered how to turn it up. The volume goes back to normal (too quiet) when you hang up, so no way to just leave it on loudest setting. We found a different phone that works for him, so this one is back in the box.

Perfect for Seniors with Dementia โ Easy to Use and Reliable!
I purchased this phone for my mom, who has dementia, because she kept misplacing her cordless phones. I needed something that would stay in one place and be simple for her to use, and this has been perfect. The large buttons and photo memory dialing make it easy for her to call family without needing to remember numbers. Programming was straightforward, and the picture slots are a fine size. Most importantly, sheโs able to use it without confusion. If you need a reliable, user-friendly phone for a senior or someone with memory issues, I highly recommend this one!

A Great Choice for Those Who No Longer Can Handle Smartphone Dexterity
We have been quite happy with this landline phone to replace a smart phone that was just beyond the ability of our family member in hospice care. As it turns out, the photo storage and internet access weren't really high on the list for someone who just wants to talk to family and friends daily or even multiple times daily. Super easy for the caregiver to program, and easy to use for the person who has lost a lot of hand dexterity. For folks of a certain age, using a desk phone like this comes quite naturally, as this is how they used phones for decades before our smartphone era. I just turned those photos on the buttons over, and printed in big, bold lettering the first initial of their six most often called people; then programed the button to call when pressed. Of course, all the usual functions of a landline phone are available -- dialing direct, taking incoming calls, volume adjustment, etc. In all, very pleased with this phone.

Excellent product if you have your memory
This product was purchased for a senior with beginning stages of memory loss. It certainly simplifies the process of making calls because the photos make it easy to understand who you are going to call. There are a couple of steps involved in making a call. You must press a call button before pressing the photo of who you are going to call. It worked for a time but eventually ... could not remember to push the call button first. It is great for seniors with poor eyesight who calls the same people regularily.

Good phone for the forgetful amongst us. For photo number format issue - see comments.
Bought for my mother, who is getting a little forgetful. Easy to program once you decide which are the appropriate instructions to follow. Photo buttons are great, and you can use the punched out card stock (used for the generic packaged photos) for picture sizing when creating your own photos. A true speakerphone feature would have been nice. Packaged instructions indicate you need to include, minimally, an 11 digit format when entering phone numbers (country code & area code & phone number, I presume). The website download instruction are different, and do not mention the number of digits required. I did enter the phone numbers using the 11 digit format, but could not connect locally, so I deleted all but the actual phone number for local calls (which is normal for a corded phone). Worked fine after that. I will update review if the saved numbers delete themselves as others reviewers have noted. The phone is said to be desk or wall mount, but the wall mount is not compatible with a common telephone jack plate as they have not designed a recess into the phone for the raised telephone jack profile, or to accommodate extra phone cord. Shorter cords can be purchased, but a recess or cable caddy would still assist in cord storage. Instructions only indicate screw and wall plug mounting. This seems like a failed design feature that has been provided in any wall compatible phones I have had previously. I would surmise most people with a high mounted wall phone jack would want to use the wall jack rather than screw the phone to the wall adjacent to the jack.
