Invigorated Water pH Recharge Glass Alkaline Water Filter Dispenser System

I initially bought this filter last year, enjoying the improvement in water taste despite being aware that the advertised re-mineralization did not occur. Unfortunately, the wooden base broke after less than a year due to its low-quality construction. My attempt to repair it resulted in further damage to the glass. I ordered the filter again, and upon receiving a replacement, I was disappointed to find that the spigot was now made of cheap-looking plastic, a downgrade from the previous model, and still at the same price point. To compound this, I have recently noticed that it is also leaking, as noted in several customer reviews. A missed opportunity: A product with potential bogged down by poor business decisions.

So I've used this for a month now. Initial set up seemed easy, but there was a leak around the spigot. I called the company and followed the instructions and it worked! But only for 3 days to a week. Now I need to completely empty the thing every 3-7 days to retighten. It has to live on the edge of the sink and not on the cute little stand, since I'm never sure when it will leak. I won't be buying any more stuff for this headache. I'll dust off my Santevia, get new filters and fire that ugly thing back up, because it makes fantastic water. Ugly and works great beats out cute and always leaks every day

It's hard for me to tell whether this purifier improves the quality of our tap water. The taste seems a bit better to me and my kids like it although my wife does not notice any difference between the tap and purified water. I guess the only way to find out if there is a significant difference post-purification is to run a test on the water but I have been too lazy to do it yet. As of now I would weakly recommend this product. Updated: We have come to believe that the filter does a terrible job of purifying water. After a short period of using the filter the water that comes through is no longer clear and we have even notice a change to a light yellowish color. I would not recommend purchasing this product.

Ok so the container is beautiful. The stand is beautiful. We tried for over a week drinking the water with the filter. We rinsed it, soaked it! The water tasted gross! We already had a system that was great and are going back to using that! I would not recommend filters at all! But the stand and glass container are really nice.

This was fine for a few months until one day I woke up to find it had leaked onto my nice kitchen table and ruined it. The middle of the table is now swollen and warped from the water damage. I contacted the company and they said they wouldn’t do anything unless I provided them with a video of the filter leaking (as though anyone would stop to make a video while the water was leaking and causing damage). Do not buy this product!

This is a beautiful tank. I got it for the function + aesthetics, and the reassuringly high review level. I am SO disappointed! The first (plastic!) spigot I put in left the tank leaking all over my counter and floor (which I didn't notice until hrs later. It also only let water out in a trickle-leading-to-single-drops, which means if you're the kind of person (like me) who uses metal water bottles and refills many times a day, you better tap into your patience... I have now purchased another spigot from a different company (recommended by another reviewer) If that does not work this will literally have been a total waste of money. UPDATE!! 24 hrs after assembly the tank literally just cracked and burst, sending a deluge of water all over my kitchen wood floor, which is now bending. I was in the living room as this happened. No, I don’t have pets. Needless to say, I do NOT recommend this product and will naturally want my money back!

I had read many reviews and did not see issues with leaking. I wanted a glass water system and this seemed like a good option. The first one I got seemed like it had already been used. It looked kind of worn and the water Spicket leaked immediately. I opted to get a replacement and that one seemed better. It was all wrapped and did not seem used. worked great for one day and then began leaking. So at this point, I’m sending both back and going with a different maker

We were very excited to use this dispenser based on the features and benefits. However, upon opening the unit the lid, completely detached from the stainless steel covering. It was adhered with a hot glue gun. The material was constructed of plastic and a little bit of wood. This product would be amazing if an attention to detail and quality or made a priority. Until then it’s hard to recommend let alone use this particular dispenser. Will be the first to use it once they hiring out there quality control issues.

The item arrived with missing pieces needed to assemble the item. The plastic seal was also broken and the glass was chipped. It's easy to see this is a really poorly put together product that is using branding to sell above product quality.

Was a little hesitant in buying this due to the mixed reviews but having had the product and used it for two weeks, it appears the issues of other customers have been rectified, this is a great item and a nice addition to the kitchen too. Water is tastes a lot cleaner and the chemically taste has been removed. Highly recommended.

Filters water but it doesn’t make alkaline

I was apprehensive about ordering this unit based on reviews, but again most people only review when they are disappointed, I, myself have been meaning to review this item, but life is busy. If I was upset I probably would have made it a priority to review, so take those reviews with a grain if salt. This unit is amazing! My kids are drinking way more water. It was easy to assemble. I soaked the filter while I assembled the unit and washed everything with hot soapy water, reviews stated a plastic taste, so I was overly proactive. I ran 6 full cycles through the unit before taking drink, it filters quickly with the base line filter it comes with, I can't speak to the add in filter. The water is crisp, clean, and refreshing. As for the faucet leaks, mine came with two faucets and a ton of silicone gaskets, one of the two faucets did leak, the gate valve in that faucet sucks, but I quickly swapped it for the secondary faucet. No leaks, no issues. I debated between this unit and a rainfresh gravity system, I landed on this because unit of the esthetics to be honest. It is beautiful, it isn't a stainless steel monstrosity occupying a large space, it's light and airy, you don't really notice it's there. The filters for this seem to be readily avaliable and a decent price compared to other units on the markert. Glad I pulled the trigger on this system
