Does this fit in the newest (2021) version of the Barbie Dream house?

It is quite large. I cannot imagine a Dream House big enough to fit this Jeep in it.

Does this jeep come with stickers already placed inside, or do you have to place them in the correct spots?

They are already there in place when you take it out of the box.

Does this fit in the kidkraft grandview mansion dollhouse?

I do not have that dollhouse but this Jeep is really quite big. I cannot imagine it would fit. It is about a half foot wide and a foot, or more, long. Hope this is helpful to you!
