Is this sunscreen cruelty free ?

Well, neither Peta nor Leaping Bunny has their name in their "companies do not test their products on animals" list, even though they claim they are cruelty-free. I wish they could provide a proof that they are cruelty free, but somehow they fail to do so. I believe it is because the finish product is not tested on animals, yet the ingredients sure did.

Safe to use on 2.5 year old? should i stick to spf50? child in advertising.

I use it on my 2 very sensitive children (3 & 1yr old). They react to every other brand I have tried so far - all the mainstream ones that claim to be great, yet this stuff has been no problem and is amazing. It is also the only one I have ever found that doesn’t turn our clothes cream/yellow (since it soaks into the skin). Wish I’d discovered it years ago! :)

Does it work under makeup? I've had a lot of patchy experiences with sunscreens+makeup

Yes it’s very smooth. Actually makeup looks better. You might have to use powder if ur skin is oily

Does this sunscreen prevent prickly heat?

I am currently trying this but the only one that I have found great for sun allergy is The Green People
