Recommended by my Chiropractor, who has worked miracles with me on issues of weight control, anti-aging and anti-inflammatory of joints. It is a regular part of my AM routine - and I wouldn't change it. I honestly have no "control study" of what it was like before and after on this particular supplement - as I do on some other things he has recommended. but this man gives me far better, more precise and actionable advice on health and wellness than any doctor in my life. So I am happily a loyal customer with no plans to change.

A must! If you are pregnant or have a small child you must be giving hem DHA for brain growth. I give him 2 capsules a day since he was 6 months. I just bite it and and squirt it in his mouth. I worry about mecury in DHA with carlsons and other brands from the fish. So this brand works for us and it is such a high quality product!

Premier Research Labs' products are so much better than anything I've tried. This DHA doesn't come with the typical fishy smell and burps. It goes down smooth and no side effects other than the desirable kind.

So great to find a good quality vegan DHA supplement. I really trust this brand. I just wonder if they might include EPA in it eventually, as lately most DHA supplements include that as well (the balance of DHA and EPA is supposedly very important).

I like PRL's products but disappointed it has carraganeen in it, but I can't seem to find any plant based dha or epa product that doesn't. If anyone can enlighten me on why that is? Otherwise I had no problems taking it but realized it later and they do recommend this product helps counteract if you may eat bad oils (counteracts the effects) such as canola, soybean/hydrogenated. I've read carraganeen can cause adverse gut effects. Although it's hard to say if I experienced that while taking it I would like to avoid those and other binders if possible.

I do not digest fish oil well at all, but this product does not leave an after-taste or cause burbing. My dermatologist recommends it but has discontinued selling supplements. This is a great product at a great price.

Should have looked more closely, has carageenan sorbitol, and seeds oils. So gross! Why put this crap in unless your goal is to make us sick???

Didn't notice any difference but I never have taking any other EFA supplement. However, I'm going back to Green Pastures brand fermented cod liver oil just because Dr. Carolyn Dean suggested it and she knows her stuff. She's very anti-big pharma so based on that she's a trusted source in my book.
