Blue Diamond 8" Diamond Infused Ceramic Nonstick Frying Pan Skillet, Blue

After years of using a Teflon coated pan, and the last few years it being worn out and effectively NOT non stick I decided it was time to upgrade. This pan is really nice. Great weight, solid construction, seems like a good value for the quality. I have used it every morning for an entire week to make my morning eggs and some breakfast sausage. It is non stick even without any butter or olive oil spray. Some melted cheese did stick to it one morning but it was literally wiped clean with a single paper towel and gone like it never happened. General cleaning is warm water and a soft soapy sponge, no scrubbing needed (or recommended). I love forward to using this pan for many years.

My experience with this pan has been good. I use it mainly for pancakes. I do use some butter in the pan to flavor the pancakes so have not had any trouble with sticking. Cleans up easily. I do put it in the dishwasher and it looks like new. I have not noticed the handle getting hot or chipping of the surface. It is so easy to clean that hand washing would extend its life as with most nonstick pans. I don’t use it everyday so it has lasted over a year for me. I like that it is a non toxic surface, too.

I’ve used it several times already and it’s ideal for an eggs pan. Nothing sticks to it and cleans very easily. If I had to choose a con, the handle gets hot easily.

This pan is excellent as they usually all are at the beginning. The main issue with them is when the food starts sticksling to the pan. I use it everyday for breakfast for work. I would say they last about 1 yr or so then you have to buy another one because the food stick to the pan and the bottom turns black.

Love this pan. I use it for everything. Easy to clean. At this affordable price I was surprised. I have burned some things in it that didn’t leave small marks I can’t get off but it hasn’t hurt the performance. I purchase this as a second one because sometimes you just need 2 of this size. It’s the perfect size for an omelet or eggs for a single person. Also have used it to saute a small amount of mushroom, onions and other veggies. I don’t have the bigger sized but I bet they work just as good. The blue color is very pretty too.

I bought this 8" Blue Diamond pan in February 2024 from Amazon. Two and a half years later I am writing my review of this product. I have used this pan every morning to fry or scramble eggs for those 2 1/2 years and other than some minor brown stains from the electric cook top on the bottom of the pan it still looks and cooks like new! The non-stick surface still works as well as the 1st day I used it. The clean up is super easy and the handle is still tight. I hope they continue to manufacture and sell this item on Amazon in case I ever lose this one or if, god forbid, it wears out because I will certainly order another one. Fantastic little fry pan and my morning pal!

I like these pans! There’s no coating to peel off. The surface will chip if metal utensils or knives are used. They are a good weight and don’t scorch food. They clean up easily too.

Meh. It works although stuff has started sticking to it after just a few months. Handle is hollow, thought it would be solid. Ordered a different pan due to the sticking which my OXO pan started doing after about 8 months. I've determined that this ceramic, diamond doesn't hold up to anything.

I read the reviews and probably neglected bad ones because I really wanted to try something different but alas. This pan is crap(period). Only works when it was new and in one week it got extremely sticky and now after 3 weeks I guess it’s unusable. I will probably throw it away soon.

Estoy muy satisfecho con esta sarten y estoy pensando en conseguir un tamano mas grande tambien. Es muy facile de limpiar y lo uso principalmente para huevos revueltos y tortillas

Estoy encantada con esta sartén. Se dora muy bien, en menos tiempo, y sobre todo, fácil de limpiar. La durabilidad, puse sólo 4 estrellas porque se necesita más tiempo para evaluar este punto. Igualmente, contenta y agradecida por descubrirla. Gracias!
