Have a vinegary smell and they are on the large side but no issue taking with a glass of water. I take 2 tablets in the morning, didn’t think they were doing anything but a week into it I realised my hunger had gone and I had no appetite. Really pleased with them, much cheaper than a jab😁

My problem was trapped wind. I saw info on apple cider vinegar so began to drink Braggs. It was a success but I found popping these comprehensive capsules so much more convenient. I am happy to recommend both product and seller.

i have to say i am equally delighted with this product than my other brands i have used in the past, they are easy to swallow and in less than a week i feel the positive benefits and i don't believe that is a placebo effect of trying something new, however it has been a good months since i used Apple Cider Vinegar supplements and i have always felt the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar no matter what brand i have used in the past so these are equality effective. the only downside is they are expensive for what they are and because i did have a lot of equal success in the past with using many other Apple Cider Vinegar products of half the price so i will say they are no better or no worse than the budget branded supplements! so if you are on a budget i do absolutely think you would get equal success from another product of half the price from my personal long term experience using similar Apple Cider Vinegar products, i switched to these as i wanted to try the capsule type for easy swallow which do help however the capsules are still quite large so not everyone will feel they are easy swallow. i do like this product but i personally will not be buying them again as the price is not worth it when i think of the cheaper brands i have used and how they were also equally as good so i cant justify the extra wasted expense when a cheaper product works just as well. my advise is be confident in buying the cheaper brands as they will work just as well as this one. or if you are happy paying the extra this is a good product which gives good results also and worth using as it will help with your overall health and well-being i have removed a star because i don't feel that these are value for money especially if you are on a limited budget. if money is no object then i suppose you could consider this a 5 star product

Great product not sure how well it works only just started taking it but feel like I have more energy and feel good.

I thought i would try these but not as good as the ones I usually buy

I have using this Apple Cider Vinegar Capsules for the last year and half. Im very happy with the product, and I suggested to many of my friends. I liked the fact that makes me to drink alot of water true the day (around 6l per day) Before was really harder for me to drink than much water. That is the only reason I take this product. I don't really know if the Vinegar has any good effect on my glucose level. I didn't check yet.

Easy to swallow, really good value for money, but does smell of vinegar, but the smell is not overly strong but pleasant
