I’ve tried quite a few electrolyte powders over the years, and this one has quickly become one of my favorites. The biggest thing I noticed was how well it keeps me hydrated without leaving me feeling bloated or overloaded with sugar. I use it after working outside in the heat, during workouts, and even on long days when I know I’m not drinking enough water. The powder mixes easily and doesn’t leave a gritty texture at the bottom of the bottle, which is something I’ve run into with other brands. The flavor is refreshing without being overpowering or overly sweet, making it easy to drink consistently. What really stood out to me was how much better I felt after using it regularly. I experienced fewer muscle cramps, recovered faster after physical activity, and didn’t hit that afternoon slump as often on hot days. We have subscribed to blue raspberry(like most blue raspberry flavorings), raspberry(tastes like raspberry jello) and watermelon(tastes like watermelon flavoring not a natural watermelon). We served it at a dinner we were hosting and now our guests actually ask if they can have some when they visit. We originally tried a sampler pack to see what our favorite flavors were before subscribing. These are such a good value for the money. It works out to be cheaper than what we can get for a serving of similar hydration products even at Costco. It dissolves easily and does not have a salty taste like many of the other hydration products at we’ve tried. It helps me get my water in, especially while trying to get back in the habit after experiencing a major aversion to water during pregnancy. The scoop is easy to use and but I tend to use less than what is advertised as a serving. Side note/word of caution: Make sure your hands are dry and clean before using the scoop. My family got into this while doing very dirty jobs in the yard, we went away for the weekend, came back and the color had changed to a brown color and smelled off. Seems obvious now, but when you’re working hard and need to get hydration in quick, sometimes the obvious little things aren’t as obvious.

I have never heard of Ultima until my thyroid doctor told me about it. I have Hashitmoto's Thyoiditis. I was born with it but I didn't know I had it until August of 2015. With Hashimoto's you are suppose to be sensitive to the cold weather but I am sensitive to the hot weather. Where I live it gets really hot in the Summer time to where I sweat all the time and I get leg and feet cramps. Since I have been drinking this, thank goodness the cramps have stop. All the flavors are good, but the blue raspberry is my go to. I am glad I found this in the container but I was a little surprise how small the container was when I got it but it doesn't take up that much room on the counter in the kitchen, but for the price I think it is a good deal. The flavor of the drink is refreshing and not too overly strong. The scoop that it comes with you can measure how much or how little you want which I think it is good. I like it in a cold bottle of water. It does take it a little longer to dissolve and I have tried it at room temperature water, and it does dissolve quicker, the cold water taste better to me. So, it all depends on which way a person prefers this drink. The other thing about this drink mix, that it has some Zinc in it and that's a plus for me.

I was looking for something that was a little cheaper than Liquid I. V, which I absolutely love. I'm not trying to find a replacement. I'm just trying to find something more affordable. I thought this might be the ticket. It certainly is not bad. I bought both watermelon and blue raspberry. Both flavors are great. I was a little disappointed when I saw how tiny the containers were. But actually I came around because I'd much rather have what's inside the package correlate to the size the jar instead of having an abundance of package, but very little product, I think that's wasteful, so congratulations on not being wasteful. This is small enough to fit in a decent size purse, so it would be great in a Gym bag, an overnight bag, etc. I typically use a 40 oz. Stanley, with ice filled with water and 2 scoops of this powder is perfect. I let the ice melt throughout the day. Sometimes it's a little stronger flavored. Sometimes it's a little diluted because of my ice melting. Either way, it helps me drink more water and that is what I'm here for. I opted to go for the 30 serving sized jars Instead of the 60/99 so that I could try more flavors instead of being stuck with a single flavor for a longer duration. Though the larger serving is a better price point in my opinion, this worked for me to try more flavors. These state they are caffeine free, which is exactly what I'm looking for. I find that they mix about as well as any other powdered water enhancer. If you have the ability to shake your drink up, I would recommend that. I can't wait to try more flavors!!! Accidentally bought this a 2nd time thinking it was a flavor I hadn't had 😭😱 at least I like it but bummer because I still have my first jar left and no new flavor to add to my lineup. 🤦‍♀️🤷‍♀️ maybe when I'm ready for more there will be a new flavor out!!!

I bought this a while ago as an alternative to rolaids when I might get a sour stomach. It sat for a few months unopened in the cabinet until this year. My mother likes to do yard work, but can overdo it and get cramps. She tries to drink water but I figured that her cramps might mean something else and looked it up electrolyte loss and remembered I bought this stuff. I mentioned it to her and and she went and made herself two water bottles worth. She said it really helped and I can't recall her saying anything about cramping. She didn't care for the taste but my uncle loved the way it tasted. He comes and does yardwork for my grandma and he sweats a lot during (of course) and said he too gets cramps. She gave some to him. They both like it and almost finished the little jar during the june-july months.

This is a clean brand of electrolytes that my household loves. We have enjoyed nearly every flavor but blue raspberry is my teen’s favorite. A small scoop is all you need.

Background/point of view: Although I grew up on Powerade and Gatorade, I have not used an electrolyte mix before this one except some Gatorade flavors quickly landing back on my all-time favorite, Frost Glacier Freeze. I tried this product since I am trying to lose weight by eating less and exercise more. My intent is to supplement nutrients I may not be getting from food and since it’s hot outside, it seems like a good idea. I eat relatively healthy, mostly whole foods and pay attention to my nutrition intake. I do not run marathons and only use the powder if I exercise heavily over an hour, or it is excessively hot outside. After looking at multiple reviews online about electrolyte powders and looking into the top commonly recommended products, I chose this one since the only nutrient above the daily value is Vitamin C. I noticed other brands have an excess of B vitamins or something else that I don’t need. Product interpretation: The flavor is better than I expected. I do not like the taste of stevia; I have tried the plant leaves and find the flavor offensive. Reading people’s comments on this product, it was mentioned the stevia flavor is not strong, which I agree with after trying it. The stevia taste is quite light while the blueberry and raspberry are on the front end of the flavor. However, as others have pointed out, not all the powder dissolves. If this is due to a formula change as other reviews have suggested, that is unfortunate. Although this does not bother me much since at most, I may have 1 serving every other day, others who run marathons may find this annoying. Typically, I just add more water, stir vigorously, and drink it quickly to consumer the undissolved sediment at the bottom. Overall: I give this product a rating of 3 stars because although the flavor is better than expected, not all of it dissolves and this sounds like a more recent problem after a formula change. That said, I purchased a 30-serving tub and by the end of it, even though I thought the flavor was pretty good, I’m ready to try another. Variety is nice.
