In and amongst all the safety advice, the label only says that its safe to use on most metal, plastic and carbon fibre surfaces.

Does this help remove the dried sealant in the tires?

I couldn't tell you, it's just great for bringing up dirty, grubby, sticky things.

Will this remove adhesive from motorbike grips?

Possible ! Have you tried WD40 its magical stuff. Muck off does work with regards to sealant over spill
