Alpine MusicSafe Pro completely changed how I think about hearing protection at concerts, movies, live events, and loud environments in general. These are not the cheap foam earplugs that muffle everything into a muddy mess. They actually let you enjoy the sound while protecting your hearing at the same time. The biggest strength is the audio clarity. Music still sounds balanced and detailed instead of dull or distant. You can hear vocals, instruments, and conversation far more naturally than with standard earplugs, which makes a huge difference during live performances. Instead of feeling disconnected from the experience, it feels like the volume has simply been lowered to a more comfortable and safer level. Comfort is also excellent. Once inserted properly, they stay secure and are easy to wear for long periods without becoming irritating or creating excessive pressure in the ears. The included filter options are a great touch as well because they allow you to adjust the level of protection depending on the environment. What surprised me most was how much less exhausted my ears felt afterward. No ringing, no muffled hearing after loud events, and far less listening fatigue overall. After using these a few times, it becomes difficult to justify attending concerts or loud venues without some form of quality hearing protection. The included carrying case is compact and practical, making it easy to throw into a pocket, backpack, or everyday carry setup without thinking about it. I needed earplugs to wear to concerts, and these have been fantastic. My ear canals are a bit on the smaller side, but these fit with no issues. It took a few wears to really get used to putting them in, but they are comfortable and work well. You can still hear people talking and have conversations with these on, even the heaviest cancellation. Loud music sounds great through these, and my ears don't hurt and they don't ring once the show is over. These are easy to clean with the solution they give you. Putting the filters in is easy, but taking them out can be a bit tough, so expect a little resistance when changing noise filters. I'm super impressed with the effectiveness at the pricepoint. I also love the little carrying case and I like how these fit well in the ears so people don't really notice them.

The ear plugs seem to attenuate sound as expected. They are comfortable and discrete. The case is compact, though it's easy to drop the small plugs out of the case if you aren't careful opening it. The earplugs are actually too small for my ears and they go in so deep that it is difficult to remove them without the cord attached. Overall I'm satisfied, but I'm left wanting to try another brand to see if the fit is better. I had to order twice as the first package was missing the connection cord, but the second one arrived as expected. The cord was loose in the packaging, so it isn't surprising it slipped out in transport. The company responded to my concern.

These have been a lifesaver (hearing saver) for my son. He plays in the orchestra right next to the loud trombones and these work great. He can still hear enough but his ears aren’t ringing.

Having been a musician, songwriter, producer, and mix engineer for over 30 years, I need my ears! I never go to a concert or gathering of very loud talkers without them. I had custom molded Sensaphonics for 22 years until a certain wife sat them down behind me while were were in an ER and focused on other things. Rather than spend hundreds on replacements, I gave these a try. They have been a great solution and value. I ended up buying a 2nd set, since they come with 3 units in a box, rather just 2, I can now mix and match to have 3 sets; one each for white, silver, and gold. Now I can change levels in a loud environment without have to swap out the filters in at least 1 plug to end up with 2 units at a different DB protection. Swapping filters is not terribly hard, but they are held in place firmly - which is good. Swapping those out in concert audience lighting can be tricky and risks losing on of those filters, I recommend getting a 2nd set after confirm the product works well for you on the first set. NOTE: Even the gold-level filters were no match for sound pressure coming out of the nearby PA stack at the club concert were I recently saw Mammoth (Wolfgang Van Halen), but that's the first I've wished for more. I recommend these, or any quality filtersn to protect your hearing! Unlike a belly after you quit eating right, it doesn't come back and you may have a lot of years to regret it. What?

I have pretty bad tinnitus from years of going to concerts and nightclubs without ear protection when I was younger. I went to see U2 live at Sphere, and I bought these earplugs hoping that they would allow me to enjoy the music without further damaging my ears and exacerbating my tinnitus. These earplugs didn’t disappoint!! I used the gold (strongest) filters and they were perfect…I could still fully experience the music without it sounding muffled or distorted (it sounded clear but just not as loud). I could even hear my husband talking to me during the show, which would’ve been difficult without these because of the music being so loud and drowning everything out. And here’s a nice little side effect: I get anxiety in crowded places because the noise and commotion is overstimulating, but having these earplugs in reduced the noise enough to keep me calm when we were leaving after the show (which was like a cattle call since everyone was pouring out of the venue at the same time). They were comfortable to wear and did the job well. I love how they give you 3 different strengths of interchangeable filters so you have options for various environments, and even an extra earplug in case you lose or drop one. The kit also came with cleaning spray, a detachable cord to keep the earplugs from getting lost, and a convenient little case that holds all 3 earplugs and all the filters but which was small enough to fit in my clutch (which is essential now that most venues don’t allow purses bigger than 6”x6”x2”). I also love the fact that they’re not noticeable at all, unlike foam earplugs. I’m going to an NBA game in a few weeks and I’ll definitely be wearing these (with one of the other filters since it shouldn’t be quite as loud as the concert). These are a little on the pricey side, but if you want to enjoy concerts and other events and still preserve your hearing, they are worth every penny. If only these had been around 20 years ago, I wouldn’t have tinnitus today :’(

Worked very well for me

I must have a small ear canal. These do not feel like they stay in securely. I used them with the cord that is meant to keep them from getting lost, but on the second usage, One of the plastic clips broke in half as I gingerly attempted to remove the clips to switch to a different set of filters. Other than that, they seemed to function as intended. Unfortunately, if I am outside marching while playing, I expect that these will fall out and be lost. They will only be useful if I am playing indoors while stationary.

Absolutely fantastic as a person with autism I have to be very particular with my needs particularly when it comes to night time routine and in past have had experience of different earplugs including both reusable and foam and have to say these are mind blowing I decided to start with the middle of line filters and was amazed with how these worked as for me softened music whilst totally blocking out all other sounds and with my autism is perfect for me as to be able to get any sleep I need to be able to listen to my Spotify binaural sounds albums and I think this is due to the design as in comparison to other ear plugs that complete block ear canal fully these actually comfortably sit in the actual hole in the ear canal itself which I find provide ls for a perfect and comfortable fit and the incuded clips and cord which simply snap on to the metal filters aid in ease of removal with a firm but gentle design meaning ease of removal is easy there use I’d recommend for people with autism/sound sensitivity and anyone who wants a quieter environment kudos to whoever designed these I will absolutely buy more for spares going forward and it’s definitely the case with these that good things come in small packages inc the carry case the fixing string and clips plus the spare tip 3 different attenuated filter types plus a useful cleaning spray make for a good kit and given my experience think the price is very reasonable for such a good product

Have quite if few of these and live them, highly recommend for anyone wanting good quality with good noise cancelling
