This is an excellent substitute for brown sugar! I used it in a berry crisp that I made recently and got rave reviews. I also baked it in some pumpkin chocolate chip bar cookies and they were outstanding. The product is a little expensive but worth it to me because of the health benefits combined with excellent taste.

The wife is gluten and dairy-free. And we both had those extra pounds from too much, well, everything. Sugar is the devil, and there really is no excuse for having it around. This is a very good price on this product. Per ounce, cheaper than other brands. I cannot tell the difference between the real thing and this, and I have to avoid sugar as much as possible.
