Way over priced!!! Quality is awful! Parts were unglued in package. Holes do not lineup, hardware was packaged incorrectly. Not enough of the correct size screws. Overall finish is shotty at best. Cushions are blue not gray! Not as nice as pictured online.

My dog loves this bunk bed as her safe space. Unfortunately came with broken piece and had to wait for replacement. The steps are very steep and only good for smaller dogs. I would recommend nothing over 20lbs. I also had to buy skateboard grip tape and put it on the stairs because they were to slippery and the dog could get hurt. Cool but not worth the price in my honest opinion.

My dogs really love this bed. But I do have some issues. Some of the parts were broken. The bed was obviously used, put sold as newI say that because there was dog care. On the bedding and some of the parts were broken and it took me so long to put it together that I wasn't able to return it in time, but it was okay. Um, they love it, nothing at a little duct. Tape and some gorilla glue couldn't handle.As long as my babies love it, it's okay.

Half the materials in the package were broken and the quality of the materials were horrendous. It is a cheap plastic material that breaks and shatters when pressure is applied. This product is supposed to support a LARGE dog up to 100lbs!?? I 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND this product. And for the price?! It is a shame this product was approved as sell worthy.

Purchased this as a Xmas present for the dogs. We had an issue with the stair assembly holes not lining up, but their customer service was quick to correct the issue and send out corrected parts. Once assembled the dogs were a little hesitant with the steps. We went and purchased RV step covers, cut to the width of the stairs and now the dogs and running up and enjoying the view.

Several pieces have broken upon assembly. Must be glued.

The ladder is too steep and plastic. There is no traction on the treads. My dogs who are brave would not go up or down on it without assistance. It came in a box that had a little damage on it but the pieces that were broken were well protected in the middle of the box. The ones near the damage were perfectly in tact. The ladder was hard to put together and none of the holes for screws lined up. I had to super glue the ladder together. The bed itself seems nice enough but useless with a ladder that is broken and glued together. I could not trust it to hold my 60 lb dog even if it was not glued and broken. The treads are so shallow that a large dog would have no room for their feet/legs and gait from tread to tread and my small dog would barely be able to navigate it due to how steep it is. Again the ladder is the issue. A fall waiting to happen. So the ladder is coming off and I bought 22.5 inch high soft foam steps that have a larger tread for my dogs to go up and down. Too much trouble to return. Not taking it apart to box up. Should have saved my money and built one myself. But I will say it is cute! Wish it had worked!
