What attachments does this come with?

Hello Tara B there were 3 attachments that were included in my package - the dough hook, a whisk, and spatular - I have mostly used the dough hook as I wanted a strong machine that would make a large loaf. I am very happy with this mixer for all my cooking needs. The motor works consistently well, the attachments are easy to lock on, to wash, so overall it was worth paying the extra money in my opinion so hope this helps you best Matylda

Is this mixer reliable for kneading bread dough (7 cups flour) twice per wk? Or likely to burn out? If so, other recommendations would be greatly appr

I have previously used one of my kitchen aid mixers in a deli kitchen making cakes every morning and I use the current one for making bread quite often I would imagine there would be no problem although I think 7 cups in one go would be asking a lot of the size of the machine the kitchen aid bread recipes on their site if you go and look all typically use 4 cups so probably best if you consider two bactches the my you know the device is perfectly capable of managing it. As to a bigger machine Hobart is the go to for industrial mixing of wets.

Does the bowl ever get stuck when kneading?

It can get a little harder to release if the load in the bowl is significant and the speed used on the beater especially is high I often have to release it after a bread or large cake mix for my partner I wouldn’t say it is of any issue from my own perspective
