Batteries eventually go bad. Can the batteries be replaced?

The built-in battery cannot be replaced. When did you purchase the product? We offer six month manufacturer's warranty on all Care Me products (exclusions apply). Please visit our website for details.

Why does it take almost 3 weeks before they ship it out?

Thank you for such a good question. This product is currently out of stock. More units are on the way to the U. S. from our manufacture in China. It takes longer than usual due to the cancelled air and sea freights. The cargo will arrive our warehouse in Georgia on/by May 26th and we will ship the products to customers (in the order of when the orders are placed) via USPS mail as soon as we receive the inventory. The estimated delivery date is May 29th to Jun. 6th.

Why won’t the roller spin, when the battery is good?

If the roller won't spin you need to make sure it's connected properly the black bar at the bottom and the white bar at the top And if it's engaged it will spin if it doesn't spin its defective the roller or the device
